Scott and his crew are Fantastic. Very Professional in his presentation, with license and insurances etc. They are not one of the cheapest but they provide true Value for your dollars spent. They know what they are doing and explain the details and pitfalls of hiring a pool resurfacer that you get from those«value«books. They did my pool and my Mother In Laws pool & deck!!!

I have used pools n more now since I got back from Afghanistan. I have received nothing but top notch service. Scott has been great came over too my house numerous times to look at my pool has given me parts to try to fix it for free what business do you know that does that? Finally I gave in and had all the plumbing redone since it was old and full of leaks. Pools n more had their guy come out and do the job which was great no complaints from me. They seem to have some new staff that is being trained, but other then that I can’t say enough of pools n more

Pools n more review: I very seldom give one star even If I completely hate a business. Pools n More is special in that respect. They’re not only a bad business, I believe they misrepresent facts to make money. I’ve spent a lot of money in there so feel qualified to make this opinion. I’ll just relay two of the many issues & let you decide for yourself.. .. . #1. .. . I got algae so I Googled algaecide to find out which one would be the best to use for my algae problem. I researched about twelve different sites and decided that for my problem the best product would be a chelated copper based algaecide. I go to Pools n More to get it, where I’m told the problem is phosphates. That I need to use a different product to get rid of my phosphates(off the chart evidently). After a couple days, the algae isn’t dead. I go back, talk to a different person and I’m told once again, the problem is phosphates. .. should have known by then this is bull. I was gullible enough to go through the rigorous phosphate removal process again, After a couple days, I’m sure you can guess, my algae problem still wasn’t fixed. I go in again and before I can be told by a third employee that my phosphates are off the chart I let slip that I’ve already treated my pool for phosphates. .. twice. Well, this employee tells me it might have something to do with the change in direction that the airplanes land at our local airport! Give me a break. So finally she recommends I use this miracle product(still not a copper based algaecide) so instead of one, I buy two bottles of the stuff – keep in mind that each time I come in I’m bringing a water sample ANDASKINGFOR A CHELATEDCOPPERBASEDALGAECIDE. Well I’m sure the plot of this story is getting boring and I don’t even have to mention that this new miracle product did NOT work. I finally went to Amazon, bought a copper based algaecide and my pool has been algae free ever since.. .. . #2:. .. .. They hold the warranty for my Hayward vacuum which has never worked properly ever since I bought the dang thing. Each time I’ll bring it in, they claim they fixed it and I bring it home, install it and it just runs into a wall and doesn’t move.(keep in mind, this isn’t my first rodeo, I know what I’m doing with regard to water pressure needed, machine settings, etc.) Well the last time I brought it in, they tell me it’s because of my pool’s diamondbrite(they found some in the machine) and my pool needs to be repaved. So because I’m gullible, believe in the goodness of mankind, whatever, I ask him to come out and give an estimate. Scott, the owner I assume, comes out and says he’ll have the estimate to me in a couple days. It’s been over a month. I decided to stop waiting and had my pool repaved by someone else. No estimate, no Scott, no pool vacuum, no kidding. What the heck am I supposed to do with this under warranty pool vacuum that’s completely useless and cost nearly $ 500? Am I supposed to just keep bringing it into them? What would be the point? One of the employees let slip they were having a hard time staying in business. I wonder why.
