Responsive Auto Insurance

On 16 September 2013 an automobile driver insured by The Responsive Auto Insurance Company crashed into the rear of my vehicle, which was stopped at a red light. The Florida State Trooper that came to the scene issued a citation to the other driver.
My vehicle was repaired 26 September 2013 at the dealership where my car was purchased, incurring about $ 930 in repair and car rental fees.
I left three voicemail messages over the course of two weeks for The Responsive Auto Insurance associate assigned to the claim. The associate never returned any of my phone calls or sent any type of communication to me.
On 18 November 2013 I left a voicemail message for the Vice President of Claims at The Responsive Auto Insurance Company. This person also did not return my phone call.
After filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Florida Department of Finance, The Responsive Auto Insurance Company began taking action. I received reimbursement checks in mid-​December 2013.
