Went to this location 2 weeks ago for a quick haircut for myself in between appointments. No personal service, and haircut was awful. Just went to give it a second chance with my kids. 2. perople working and after 5 minutes of nobody acknowledging that I had even walked through the door, they were very rude to the point that I had I walk out. Horrible all around and I can’t believe what I experienced even after giving them a second chance. Never again!!!

I like this Supercuts because is conveniently located in a Publix plaza in Plantation with easy parking and only a few minutes away from home. They usually have 2 or 3 hair stylists, so the wait is never too long, but now they also have an App that you can use to make an appointment. You can also call and make an appointment, but I have used the App a few times, and it works great. The place is nice and clean, and my favorite hair dresser is Cathy.

This is the worst haircut i ever got. The girl was in crazy hurry even though the saloon was empty with no customer in waiting. She took 10 minutes to cut my hairs and in between she was on phone call for 6 minutes. Actual time to cut my hair was just 4 minutes. After the haircut my hairs are no where near to the style that i showed the hairstylist before the haircut. She cut my hairs so bad that i can see couple of patches with no hairs just like tiger patches.
It was really bad experience and i swear to not go again. Please caution if you like your hairs.

My hair had grown way too long and was just unmanageable for me. I didn’t have time to make the trek to Coral Square Mall at a salon I’ve used for the past number of years. I simply needed a quick cut. A co-​worker mentioned Supercuts and I decided to give them a try. I was a little apprehensive at first because I was accustomed to the higher end salons and my usual stylist. At SuperCuts, I found a decent, quick cut that suited my needs at that particular moment.

Will not use this Supercuts again. I called to check their hours, and the person could not understand the following: «I am calling to find out when you close.» I realize that many people speak Spanish in this area, so if English isn’t the primary language of the staff, fine. But when I am patronizing a business in the United States I expect at least basic English to be spoken.
