I recently bought my prom dress from Susan Rose and had them alter it. I had told them I wanted the dress to be shortened a bit, but I still wanted the train to be visible. I came back for my second fitting and the train was completely cut off. Very disappointed considering I paid so much for my dress. I will be having any alterations done somewhere else from now on.

We were extremely disappointed in the service and selection of merchandise. For an exclusive place dealing only in gowns, one would expect better service not only while choosing gowns to try on, but also while trying them on. The salesperson walking away during this process is rude. We were planning to purchase several gowns, but with this kind of attitude and service, who would want to come back?
