I’ve definitely experienced better! Went in here a few weeks ago to switch from ATT to T-Mobile. The sales associate I was talking to struggled to explain the plans and options to me. He also told me that one plan(JUMP on demand) included mandatory phone insurance, which made T-Mobile a drastically less appealing option and led me out of the store. Upon researching the issue at home, I discovered what he and another employee told me re: mandatory JUMP insurance was totally incorrect. I went back to the store, where they struggled to accept the new information until I paraphrased T-Mobile’s policy at them. They then said that it would make them add the insurance, but that they could take it off right afterwards. so… you knew this all along and only relented when I showed that I knew the policy? Or did you not know any of this until I taught y’all? I understand they’re paid on commision, but that doesn’t make essentially lying to customers right. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and it’s possible I went in on a night when they were staffed by their D-team and that there are much better employees there, but I’ll be visiting other T-Mobile stores in the future.
