You know that TV ad where the friendly people at the UPS store help you get the job done? This is not that place. This is the place where the lady comes out says hello and walks away. Then the surly teenager come out and says «yes?». Ten minutes later and after typing all my info in, he prints out a paper and walks into the back room. Then an older man comes out and tells me it will be $ 140 to ship my 6 lb parcel to the UK. And that he won’t ship overseas by USPS (despite having told me on the phone they do). No one said hello or smiled — not Mama bear, or Papa bear, or little bitty baby bear. I won’t darken your door again, losers.
