We use this UPS store often for a variety of things and I love the staff. Family oriented, and always greeted with a smile. I read the other reviews and its amazing people can be so harsh, maybe they walked in with a sour face. Working with the public isn’t easy, but this UPS store has always met our needs and with in a timely fashion. We’ve used others but you tend to go back where you’re treated best. This is that store. 5 stars!

This place is just OK. Good location in the shopping center next to Publix and Starbucks, but the personnel here needs an overhaul. Not personable at all, unfriendly, and they lose their composure quickly when things don’t go as smoothly as they think (i.e., you ask for different rate options, something doesn’t print correctly, the line grows long etc). Even the managers are pushy and try to rush customers through their transactions. This store needs completely new management.
