I like to frequent this place because I feel comfortable around other drunks.
The employees are all very kind and helpful. They all seem to be well versed in how to deal with drunks. If you make a stupid, corny, non-​funny joke, they will muster up the energy to respond with a forced giggle.
If they see you walking around staggering and disoriented, they will strike up a pleasant conversation with you — while they walk you toward the door.
A very nice selection. Very good prices too. A 2014 Meomi Pinot at Publix — $ 19.97. Same thing here — $ 16.97.
Then there’s the wine tasting with Louis. I’ll tell you what, Louis knows his shit. He’s not one of these people who learned a few industry buzz words and fakes his way through. He’s the real McCoy. Told me he’s been drinking since he was 4. You have to admire that. I suspect he doesn’t put a bottle on the wine tasting bar unless he’s researched it and tried it himself.
I even joined their bottle of the month club (rewards program).
Right now I’m being walked to the door. But, I’ll be back!
PS — Hey Louis — «I’m not drinking any fucking merlot!»

This is like going to Disneyland for adults. I’m so happy they decided to open a store near my home. I’ve been here four times since they opened and every single time I have been here I’ve left very happy and satisfied. Ask for Kevin, he is absolutely amazing. From Chardonnay to Riesling to Cabernets, he’s your man!

Like all Total wine stores they have a huge selection
I do find that in each region of the country that Total Wine selections can differ greatly as well as the retail prices
Many of the wines I was looking for at this location were not available but we’re on the west coast Total Wine stores
Either way I still found some great Chardonnays and Cabernets at this location plus they have all the liquor and beers you can think of

Best place to buy wine and other drinks. I’ve been going to this and other total wines for a while and I love the great variety of beers (craft) and wines. The prices are better than other competitors. If you have the chance. You should check this place.

Wow, this place has Selection, Selection, Selection. Any other Wine shop pails in comparison to the quanitity of different types of wines here. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Excellent place to pick up a bottle of wine!

Love this place. They also have price match so if target or publix is running a sale… guess what? Total wine and more does too! :-)

This place has a variety of liquor, beer, wine and accessories. The staff is always very helpful, and will offer suggestions if you ask. I’ve shopped for myself and also for a few business parties. They’ve had brilliant suggestions that fit every budget and people enjoyed them!

This is my go to spot when I am needing a specific bottle of wine, well who’s kidding, lots of wine! I have been shopping at Total Wine since they opened their first stores way back. I am happy to see this chain has grown to an enormous wine, spirit and beer shop. Over the years they have changed and it is nice to see. Robert and David Trone the two brother’s have done a great job and it took some time but they have created a great enterprise.
Obviously they are known for their great prices. They have done an incredible job with the winery direct labels. These are wines that they have hand selected, cut out the middle man and buy direct to pass the savings along to the consumer. I can’t remember the percentage of winery direct wines but it is up there. They have their lost leaders both in wine, spirits and beer, basically anything ending in a seven. This is why they do not offer discounts on those items because they are sold at near cost.
This location is convenient for me so I shop here often. The staff here are always very helpful, sometimes to helpful. The wine selection is decent. My only gripe is so many times they are out of stock of some of my go to wines. The beer selection seems to be quite large and the spirits as well. They offer tastings all the time. When I come here they are always sampling something, which makes your shopping so much more enjoyable.
Total Wine, Costco and Happy Wine, and Doris are my wine shops that keep me happily stocked.

I love this place. It’s HUGE and no matter what you are looking for, it will always take you longer to leave this store because there is so much to see! I always go looking for a bottle of wine or two and end up leaving with more. This time I got a couple bottles of wine, a couple bottles of craft beer and a couple of ciders. As others have mentioned their craft beer selection is awesome, tons of variety. I also love that you can ask anyone who works there a question and they usually know the answer or will refer you to someone who does. It’s also nice to get an honest opinion about a wine. They’ve helped me pick out a couple in the past they thought I’d like based on the questions I answered. Love Total wine!

I walked into Total Wine and was shocked of the variety of wine, spirits and beer the store carried. I was approached by a very pleasant young man named Loney. He actually walked me to the different sections and explained the set up. He asked what specific item was I looking for. When I told him a Chardonnay I was rather shocked of his knowledge of the different wine.
Loney also informed me that Total Wine offer many different classes from wine tasting to beer tasting.

I have been to numerous Total Wine & More what this location does to get 5 stars it separates its self from the comptetion by having great prices, friendly & knowledge employees, tastings, and educational opportunities weekly. I drive out of my to visit this location for my spirits, wine and beer needs. Additionally, if they don’t have it ask them the will order for you and have it within 24 – 48 hours if the product you request is in their systems.

I love, love, love this Total Wine! First of all, they have THE best employees. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great wine testing on Friday afternoons at the wine bar. You get to try a nice variety of wines, and if you purchase one, you get 10% off!!! At times, they have other testings of various alcohols throughout the store on Friday afternoons. They have a truly wonderful selection of every kind of alcohol. Their prices are reasonable as well. They have a decent selection of wines under $ 10. I am so glad I found Total Wine.

How do you rate a liquor store? I guess it’s really based off of a couple things: the selection you are specifically looking for and the price point. Sure customer service helps, parking, check out, etc… but really it’s about the selection first and the price second.
While they don’t have the most incredible beer selection — I will admit they have a damn good one and it seems like each week they are adding to it.
At the front counter they always have one or two special releases that you can only get 1 or 2 bottles per person. I’ve been able to snag some of my favorite brews this way. I always bring my wife, so we are able to get one or two each ;D
Then you go into the individual bottle area — where you can make your own sixpack. I’m not sure if my tastes have changed — or if the breweries are going more and more towards bottling bombers — but I see myself getting less six packs with small bottles and getting more bombers instead. I’ve been able to snag some really great stuff here. My wife doesn’t really drink beer — but we’ve found her a ton of chocolatey, nutty, vanillay brews here (which I also loved!). They also have a decent cider section.
They’ve done a great job featuring Florida breweries too! Cigar City, Orlando Brewing, MIA, Brew Bus, 3 Sisters and of course our hometown heroes Funky Buddha all have bottles/​cans on the shelves.
Overall the prices are fair. That’s the other good thing.
I haven’t ever checked out the liquor or wine section — but there’s plenty of that too!
The one gripe is that they don’t get a lot of stuff that other places do. I get it — I’m sure some places have agreements to get x bottles, but with this place being so close I selfishly wish they’d get some more of those special releases here.

This place is huge! They have a large inventory and I’d be very surprised if you don’t find what you are looking for.
I came in knowing which bottles of wine I wanted but an associate helped me out and gave me some suggestions. I tried one of the bottles she recommended and it was delicious. I’m glad I took her advice.
They also send coupons in the mail. I had a $ 10 off or $ 30 coupon and the lady in the back gave me a lot 10% off coupon for buying one of the bottles they were promoting at the tasting bar. They honored both coupons at that visit, which was a great deal. Their prices are already affordable but it’s always nice to save.
I highly recommend you check this place out for your wine, liquor and beer needs.

I don’t know if its ok to review this location based on my experience at the Total Wines my husband and I are used to going to, but I was not too impressed with this establishment.
We went there straight to the beer section, and we had a hard time finding everything we were looking for because the shelves are disorganized. We are used to see the beers under the label they belong to, but here the labels were there, but the beers were all over the place.
I know we will be stopping by sometime in the future, but I just hope the get more organization going.

Total Wine and More is the perfect name for this place. Your jaw will drop like a kid in a candy store.
I’ve been here several times with friends grabbing a few things before a party but only since going to a few wine and food pairing classes has my «wine knowledge» began to grow. Growing up Italian I’ve always had an appreciation for all types of vino but always had my few favorites I gravitated towards. When I learned that they host wine tastings at the stores? Wow-​major marketing.
There are so many facets to this store that it’s insane. First of all-​it doesn’t have just wine. If you want to run in and grab some craft beers or liquors-​they have those too. And all the mixers you might need to have an insane cocktail party. As well as a section with corkscrews, glasses, flasks, chillers, you name it-​if it’s alcohol related and you would need to stop at Bed Bath and Beyond to pick it up-it’s there. And then some other niche things too.
The way the wines here are sorted is perfect. There are large aisles here sorted into what’s considered the «New World» way as well as the «Old World» way. Typically we say we’re picking up a Pinot Noir or a Merlot, no matter whether it’s a French or a California blend. This is the «New» way. The European/“Old” way to label wines is based on the region/​country (i.e. Bordeaux) rather than the type of grape (i.e. Pinot Noir). I love that in the front of the store the wine is categorized by country and in the rest it’s categorized by grape. It gives you the option to look both ways. I tend to do both.
The selection here is unbelievable in case you couldn’t figure that out. Everything from your $ 6 bottles you can grab at the grocery store to super high end that you might have to let age in the cellar. I like that there are educational plaquards on the aisles to tell you a little about the genre of wine or the region, and they also label their best sellers and best value for your money.
I found a few lovely blends I’ll be coming back for, but I’m definitely going to make time for a few tastings so that I can make sure I’ll love the bottle I buy. Customer service here can’t be beat-​staff really knows their stuff too. They definitely know how to keep customers happy!

This is a great store for two reasons: 1) the inventory is HUGE and 2) the employees are dedicated to providing solid customer service.
Today we returned to the store to get a variety of liquor for our house/​New Years. Hubby knows there are many smooth bourbons but he insists on drinking Wild Turkey 101 — I really think it’s because of the proof.
We didn’t see a large 1.75ml bottle on the shelf so we asked store associate Louis if he could locate the bottle. Louis rolled a staircase over to the cases on top of the shelves and checked inventory, paged other associates to check the warehouse and receipt dates, had a coworker join him and went through the inventory until they located a bottle for hubby. All this was for ONE bottle!
While he was doing this, Louis was also helping me select a rum — they were out of the 15 year and 12 year El Dorado rum and I wanted something comparable. Louis suggested Ron Zacapa — I used to drink it so I knew it was great. For the price of $ 33 the 23 year old Ron Zacapa was a steal compared to $ 99 for the 23 year El Dorado! Given that I’ll use the rum to drink on the rocks and in cocktails, this was the way to go.
One of Louis’ coworkers overheard me ask hubby where tequila and sake would be and he directed me to the aisles. We weren’t the only customers in the store — today, the day before New Years Eve — but we received their attention as if we were the only ones!
Everyone was courteous. When I was checking my phone for Total Wine coupons, the cashier reassured me that there were no coupons for liquor until after the New Year. He didn’t want me to keep searching for coupons that didn’t exist.
But Louis takes the cake because he seems to know everything about liquor and wine — and champagne, from a past conversation I had with him — and he is a senior citizen… not that you’d know if from watching him climb the stairs and dash across the store!

Ok, so I’d be really pleased if they stocked a good Trollinger (or even a bad one, the first time), but Total Wine in Plantation has nearly everything else I could possibly want in terms of booze. Except they never seem to have the Trappistes Rochefort 10 in stock. Their staff have all been very helpful and willing to look up the more obscure things I ask for, so top marks in my book.

Do you remember being a kid and walking into a toy store? That feeling of excitement and giddiness? That’s how I feel every time I walk into this fine establishment. The staff here are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. I’ve found a few Napa Cabernet Sauvignon gems thanks to these guys, and I’m from an area only an hour away from Napa!
Anyway, the place is arranged very nicely and it’s fairly easy to navigate your way through the store. The wine selection here is beyond what I expect. There’s always something new to try! I’m pretty familiar with Napa and Sonoma wines and am looking to expand my palette to include French and Italian varieties. Liquor selection is great, they have a variety of bottle sizes so you don’t always have to commit to a 750 ml bottle if you just want a little taste. They carry anything from mixers to rum to vodka to tequila to whiskey to liqueurs to salt and sugar for rimming your glasses. The beer selection here is pretty great. They have international beers from all over the world (I was personally very pleased to see that they carried the beer of the Philippines, San Miguel, and a couple other staples). There’s also a wide selection of craft brews and seasonal brews to choose from.
It doesn’t stop at the alcoholic drinks though. True to their name, they have MORE. Mixers, glasses, carafes, jiggers, party ware, snacks, carrying cases, gift wrap, etc. This place basically had it all. Just take your time to meander through the aisles and I promise you, you will find something that catches your eye.
