I purchased my son’s glasses here a few months ago and paid my copay over the phone in order to get the same day service. I also purchased the protection plan because, seriously, who doesn’t when it’s glasses for a young child! Of course the glasses broke. I called ahead to confirm that it would be a quick fix only to find out that they have no «record» of my purchase, even though my bank clearly does! Grrrrrrr!!! They offered no hope, no discount to fix, Nothing! Not a fan and definitely no longer a customer.

AMAZING experience. Entire team was very easy to purchase from. Best glasses ever. Are glasses expensive? YES! Anywhere you go with the exception of the 2⁄69 and 2⁄99 places. Which I wouldn’t shop at anyway… I went in without an appointment and was greeted by Carol. Very nice. She led me to the doctors office and introduced me to the doctors technician. After my exam I went to the eyeglass side and actually had a lot of fun picking out my new glasses from Mary and Carol. I am convinced they are sisters, but they said no. So, I spent a lot of money and every penny was worth it! Marc Jacobs glasses and Michael Kors Sunglasses. Sometimes what you pay for is service and quality. I will be back next year definitely.

The staff is terrible and need to nicer. As the Doctor, worst exam ever! He asked the line number you can read, won’t make you read the whole line. Consequently, the prescription that you walk out with will need to be revise. They should drop prices base on service!

This store employs some of the rudest invididuals that I have ever encountered. I needed to get my glasses adjusted and no one acknowledged me for at least ten minutes. No hello or we will be right with you? Come on! Did we not learn common courtesy? Needless to say, I walked out and won’t be going back.
