Vittorium Design

I hired Jose with Vittorium for my bathroom remodel. Very Very nice man. Jose said it would be done in 4 weeks and that was exactly how long it took. I must say, that he has the best tile ppl you can imagine, so particular, so perfectly done, very clean, the shower is the show stopper along with the beautiful crafted vanity and quartz counter top. I am so very happy with my dream bathroom — I would hire Jose with Vittorium again. I had no issues. Not sure how to post pictures on this, but I have some nice ones!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I had the unfortunate experience of working with Jose Santana of Vittorium Design. Jose is extremely professional and polite however his assuring words are not backed up by his employees work. Our six week job took 3 months and to this day the bathroom still has quite a few deficiencies. The workers that were supposed to show up everyday at 8 o’clock; typically were anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour late (a few times throughout the job they didn’t show up at). The workers didn’t really ask us what we wanted and would just make a assumptions which we then had to correct later. I literally had to babysit these guys and correct their mistakes. I paid $ 6,000 dollars for labor and had to babysit. I have multiple shower heads in the shower and when they were installing them they put one of the shower heads 10 inches higher then the other. When I questioned this the workers told me it was too late because they already installed the backerboard. Needless to say I made them take it down and level the two showerheads. Another issue was the toilet was 6 inches from the back wall. It is supposed to be ½ inch to 1 inch from the wall. So the toilet looks as if it was standing in the middle of the room. They rectified that situation by building the wall out however I now have no access to my shut off valve for the toilet due to it being in the wall. The electrical still has some sort of problem in which I have to have another electrician fix because it there is too much current going to the fixtures which burns out the bulbs with in a few days. It also hums at the switch which makes me a little nervous. The shower has a rainfall showerhead along with 6 jets in the wall. Unfortunately when they were installing the plumbing they some how messed this up as well. The way they ran the plumbing it is impossible to have all the jets on at the same time. You can only use three wall jets and the overhead shower head at one time. These issues don’t seem major but if I wanted all of these imperfections I would have done the myself not paid $ 6,000 for labor and $ 6,000 for supplies. Where they painted the walls of the bathroom there were different shades everywhere due to not sanding the walls properly prior to panting. They installed the doors for the bathroom and had to widen then frame, instead of putting some tile down on the floor where the wall used to be they simply put the door in and left the bare concrete showing which I had to go back and tile later. I was so fed up with their shotty work that instead of wasting more time and having them fix the problems I just did myself so I wouldn’t have to deal with them. Overall this was an absolutely horrible experience. We scheduled meetings that Jose never showed up for, he told us that he would have the bathroom done while we were out of town and when we came home no work had been completed what so ever. Jose would tell us one thing and the workers would tell us another. The contractors would cut every possible corner possible. Light fixtures were not level. Shower heads were uneven. Holes from where they had to move the fixtures to make them center to the vanities were left unpatched. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone partake in this experience. Find some one else!!! After all the additional time and headaches I asked for a discount and they told me absolutely not. The only reason I paid was because I wanted to avoid having a lien on my house and to get this company out of my house forever!
