Zuccarelli Pizza Tri City

Let me start by saying I’ve been a customer here for YEARS! There food is the bomb. The customer service has not always been grade A but after the service tonight I may bypass them all together. After not receiving my order over an hour after placing it, i called and was told it was «walking out now» (convenient) Expressing my displeasure (not even an apology was given), i asked was there any kind of compensation going to be given. 10% … $ 4 off a $ 40 bill? I was basically told take it or leave what do you want to do? Still no apology.

Pizza was lste and cold. Took 1 ½ hours to get to our hotel. Called manager to complain. Her coment was 1. We were not in room. 2. He went front desk and they couldn’t get us. 3. He knocked on our door and we didn’t answer. Manager was not very helpful. I can’t stand excuses. I will never order from them again. Don’t waste your time.

I have been ordering from this place since middle school. That’s a long time considering I am in my late 20’s. The best thing to me are the Calzones. If you get a large one three people can eat off of it very well. This is basically a take out/​delivery spot. They do have specials so please ask about that when you call.

I am a very picky eater. Being pregnant doesn’t help either. But everything I have ordered from here: garlic parm wings, all the pizzas, cold subs and their fries are awesome. Don’t forget those garlic rolls! Delicious. Always friendly Shannel has awesome customer service –a keeper! Have not been disappointed. Even when given specific orders they always get it right. Happy customer !

The best thing I can say about this place is that food is delivered FAST — usually before 30 min. (regardless of what is ordered). I’ve never been there but can imagine how the place is run based on their phone skills (ahem). Eventually someone will take your order and payment info… Their pizza is always super greasy but they have AMAZING garlic rolls. Soft, soaked in garlic butter and warm :) Unfortunately the other menu items I have tried have been disappointing (uncooked chicken in pasta, stale wings). If you need a quick pizza save this may be an option but if you’re more interested in quality food, keep looking.

I’m rating this solely on customer service since I didn’t have a chance to eat. I ordered a sub here today. Tell me why it took almost an hour to have my sub ready. They took more time answering calls instead of paying my food any attention. Of course they would have the dirty cooks in the kitchen. They didn’t have hair nets and their aprons was covered with grease and pizza sauce. There was a dry sink in the front of the store that no one used. The guy eventually took out my sub from the oven after answering the phone and placing orders. He started to put lettuce and tomato on my sub when I realized he wasn’t wearing any gloves neither did he wash his hands after touching everything. I’m assuming he was the manager. I was so disgusted with the service I demanded a refund and left the filthy unfinished sub :(I wish it went a lot better since I’ve never tried them before.

By far the best food in town. The customer service particularly on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. The guys are great who work there are friendly and the food is ready pretty fast. But missy at the counter, smh
I have never had anything out of here that was not tasty. I swear by there tuna it’s amazing! More than just pizza, great wings, sandwiches, garlic rolls etc.

Picked up a pizza from this place and it was half cooked in the middle. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not going back.

Rude! Horrible customer service and the people that answer their phones have nasty attitudes!
Pizza isn’t that good either!

I have tried alot of «New York style» pizzas here in Florida and coming from NY it is hard to fool me into thinking that the other peoples pizzas are NY in any way beside the thin crust. But Zuccarelli Pizza is the best by far! I went there last night I had been meaning to try them for a while since seeing the menu a few months ago. The minute I walked in I knew it was gonna be good. I ordered the veggie feast that has peppers, onions, brocoli, spinach, eggplant (my fave) and cheese. I feast for sure! I waited the 15 mins and it came out the guys there were friendly and allowed me to put on my chilli pepper, parm and oregano before closing up the box. I got home and it was delish! So much so that I ordered for myself and my sons father a half veggie half pepperoni the next day! Great pizza for sure, and they delivery within a limited radius but it is worth the drive for me.

This is the closest to NY Pizza that I have found in South Florida. Good prices, fast, friendly delivery. The hot sub, wingss and dinners are good too. I especially like the shrimp parmesean dinner, which comes with spaghetti, salad, and garlic rolls, better than some Italian restaurants that I have eaten in down here. When my sisters drive down form ATL for a visit, they call me when they hit Pompano and tell me to call in their order to Zuccarelli’s so they can eat as soon as they arrive!

I absolutely love this place. The wings, pizza, and calzones are delicious. Great customer service! I have noticed that recently the wings have been a little dry but it depends on who’s in the kitchen. Definitely need to find out who’s working before I order, lol. If it wasn’t for the wings being dry the last few times I ordered them, I would definitely give this place five stars. The wing issue wouldn’t bother me as much if I didn’t think they had the best wings I have ever had, so it kind of irks me when they aren’t up to standard. Regardless it isn’t a constant problem I hope, I’m sure the issue of who’s making the crappy wings will work itself out. I’m still ordering from here and I still love this place. I’m hungry now, I think I’ll put in an order tonight. Hopefully the wings come out great.

Buy lunch from here 4 days a week. Great service. Fast delivery. Great food.

Been here a couple times. The pizza and wings are pretty good. Also, prices are reasonable.
