Carmen does an amazing job with her arrangements! I have had three bouquets done in the last few months… everything has been absolutely stunning which is not easy to find in the P’burgh area. Prices aren’t cheap (although probably not much more than other florists in the area) but the quality is top notch and the flowers are gorgeous. Paying a little extra for high quality expertly designed beautiful bouquets, is just fine with me!
