My 2 year old really enjoyed this place. It looks very industrial rather then kid ambiance. The one thing I would change is to have them put a sign in front of the doors(before you walk in) stating socks are required! We get in and once we go pay, they tell us we have to have sock however we can purchase them for $ 2(I guess great up sell). They do make the parents fill out a form but unfortunately they don’t have a system to keep record so every time you go, you will have to fill it out! Rather then that I did notice the girl employee walking around and making sure the kids were doing whAt they were supposed to. Great and friendly employee!

Not good for toddlers. Took my son and his cousins for his first birthday. The older kids(3 – 7) loved it, but it sucked for the little ones. I’ve been to a few play places, and their toddler areas are way better. They had 3 toys in the whole thing, and ones we already have at home. They could’ve at least added balls or something. Then there is one under 4 blow up toy. Kinda cute, but the parents and employees don’t enforce the under 4 rule. My son was a little nervous going into it, but he started watching other kids and was having fun, but then older kids came in, one that was clearly sixish. Jumped all crazy and bounced it around, almost kicked and landed on him a few times and scared him so bad he refused to go back in all day. The kid’s Mom just asked her kid to be careful and did nothing even though he kept repeating the dangerous behavior. The only employee I saw there did nothing but stare at his computer, which by the way he was acting, both my sister-in-law and I thought he was watching porn. None-the-less, no one had the six-year-old leave the toddler area, my kid wasn’t the only one he was scaring. Older kids went through it all day with only a few parents, and never employee, enforcing the rule, thus my son and my 1 year old niece we’re bored the whole time. The parents that were there were also not really watching their kids at all. My two year old 25 lb niece is fearless and was having fun on all the toys, things bigger kids would fear until a troupe of seven year Olds ignored her and trampled her in one of the toys, and my 70 year old mother had to stop it and rescue her. Also didn’t see this, but my 5 year old nephew said a kid punched him when he was going through the obstacle course. The 7, 5, and 3 year Olds loved it though. Just got to be big and tough enough. I wouldn’t take little kids, or maybe you could go in without paying for them, I don’t know if that’s allowed, but it’s not worth it for the Littles.

Kids loved it! They even had a small area for small toddlers/crawlers. I even got in on the action a little bit. The giant slide was a family favorite. My personal favorite was the dragon obstacle course. Ultimately, the kids had tons of fun, got their energy out, and we had a wonderfully calm evening when the kids went right to sleep. loved it.

My kids had a lot of fun. But they were filthy by the time they were done playing. I know it’s a big place but if there going to force you to wear socks they should do a little better job keeping the floor clean. Because of the 150lb weight limit I was forced to spend most of my time sitting on a broken uncomfortable sofa. The entire place has been decorated with cheap ikea furniture that has not stood up to the use. I understand this place was built for children but they should take into account the parents. My back still hurts the next day. We were there for a birthday but found out that if you don’t rent one of there over priced room they will not allow presents of any kind in the building. A little surprising considering there market demographic. I did give it two stars because any kind of physical activity is better than my kids watching tv or playing video games. I feel that with a little cleaning and updating this place could be a lot better. I would have a hard time recommending this place to my friends or family.

First timer at this place. We took our three kids over for one of their recent birthdays and the kids loved it. I have to admit the price is a little pricey but at the same time I think that helps keep the amount of people in the place at a nice level. Simple concept, well-kept business. A couple of pointers for them, the staff seemed to be under trained, the front area(people trying to pay vs people trying to get in or out) needs to be reworked — especially in wintertime with the snow/wet ground and the ease of getting in and out with the front gate. I understand the reasoning behind no shoes past a certain point but when you need to or take little ones to the restroom in bare feet or socks… ya…a little disgusting. While the restrooms weren’t all that bad, you could have the nicest restrooms around but I still wouldn’t want to walk in in my sock or barefoot(especially when it’s a freezing floor not to mention the other things that are on the floor). Overall, good place, just needs a little attention to a few things. I would definitely come back.
