My law office has used Frank at BasileTech for several years for all sorts of IT work on our personal computer system. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and available. When we’ve had problems… large and small… we email/​text Frank and he responds speedily. As soon as he steps in the door we know our problems will be solved shortly. He has helped us with email issues; QuickBook problems; network issues, etc. Plus, he is just so pleasant to deal with. Thanks for all your help, Frank!

I had contacted Frank at Basiletech for IT work for a small tax and accounting office I work at and I was impressed.
I felt that he got the job done right. I have dealt with other IT services and sometimes I felt like the work was done lazily.
