I called today last minute and they were able to take me right away. The woman I had was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job. She took her time and was thorough. She did a great massage and scrub. The chairs are a little old and super loud while massaging you but as long as I’m getting a nice service that’s all that really matters. They are a bit more expensive than other places but I don’t mind paying extra if it’s worth it. And the woman I had today was.

Overall, I had a decent experience with the staff and the nail technician but I was disappointed with the quality of the work. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no wait. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and I was seated in a chair having my nails done within minutes. My nail technician, Lena, asked me what color I wanted for my shellac set and we were on our way. She asked the typical questions«are you married, how many kids do you have, where do you work, and what nail shape» but she was friendly. I’m pleased with the painting job she did on my nails but I have a few complaints. She didn’t spend enough time on the shape and some of my nails were uneven. I had some that were rounded square and some that were just square. Some were crooked as well. There was also a huge space left between the acrylic gel and the nail bed. It looks as if my nails have already grown out and I JUST had them done! I also had to use a nail file to remove the excess gel from underneath my nail and on my nail bed. I feel like I am constantly picking away the excess instead of enjoying my beautiful nails. Honestly, I live in Texas and probably won’t be back but these were 20 $ nails not 50 $ nails. They are way too pricey for the quality of work. If you’re picky like I am, go elsewhere.

I’ll be taking my business else where The only reason this place has a 2 star is because the area it’s situated in is nice and so was the front receptionist. The place seems nice when you walk in, however, it’s falling apart. The massage chair during my pedicure sounded like it was going to fall apart. The nail tech couldn’t speak a lick of english which is typical but her attitude was just rude. Oh and when she had to cough, she coughed directly onto my foot… yeah. This is the 3rd nail salon I’ve tried in the Concord area and I can’t seem to find a decent one. The search continues
