I initially took my old IMac to the Apple Store Genius Bar to have a tech look at it because it wouldn’t start. They told me that it was a software issue and that they would have to reformat the drive. Since I didn’t have a backup, I took it to George, a tech to have her try to recover the data. I dropped it off on Friday and got a call on Sunday that she had fixed the problem!
I was /am so pleased! No data was lost. She ran the computer through a bunch of upgrades that needed to happen. She got the whole system up and running — good as new!
She was wonderful to work with. So pleasant and so fast!

Mary. Has been doing all my on site IT work in my office for over 10 years now, She is amazingly fast and efficient. her prices are reasonable and accurate.

Mary came to my office to repair 2 computers that were acting up. She was on time (silly to mention it but that’s not always the case w/repair type people) and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Her rate ($ 110 hourly) was reasonable, she was able get a lot done in a short time.
Another important item, she was able to explain various computer programs & general info without ‘talking down’ to us. You know what I mean, the ‘expert’ in whatever field that enjoys making you feel like a dummy for asking questions. Thankfully, Mary’s patient and not like that at all.
We’ll definitely use her again in the future.
