Great hookah great service you wont be disaapointed plus great ambience hookahs last a long time and employees always come around to check and see if your doing well! The place is busy almost every night so come check out and have a good time!

Cool spot to hang out for the young crowds. The didn’t have any local hookahs when I was younger so I think it’s cool that they have them now.

Please go somewhere else, this is not the place unless you enjoy young unruly people and atmosphere.

This is a cool hookah place for a younger vibe. They have some relay cool workers here. BOSCO recently started working here and he is one of my favs… He brings a good vibe to the place! He will laugh with you, dance with you, and he makes sure you never have to ask for anything… He customer service is very good. I like the vibe plus a lot of my friends go to this hookah bar. I’m only giving 4 stars because some of the workers are slow and act like they don’t want to be there. Over all it’s a nice place to check out the workers are cool and the company the place keeps is cool.

Fun and simple, just make sure to wear pants and closed toe shoes, instead of short shorts and flip flops like me.

A really nice place to kick back and chill! Their customer service is really good and the price is right! Great music and great vibe. Seems to be a pretty busy place!

I visited this place with my friends. Employees of the lounge are really professional in performing their responsibilities, are decent and have excellent customer service. They look to replenish the coals in each 5 – 10 minutes. I really enjoyed the chill atmosphere and the hookahs are amazing. Hookah place has great mix music. Administration of the business is excellent.

I love this hookah lounge, it’s pretty much the best one if you live in the Pittsburg, Concord area. The workers are very attentive & the hookah is always good! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area :)

Its a cool lil hookah spot with great prices and flavors. The staff is hella nice and friendly and the service was great.
They made the hookah just right and it came out in a timely manner. The music and ambiance was nice and its the perfect place to come with your significant other or friends.
Will def be back here in the future.

Dosent keep the favors separated and used small coals. Okay servers. The pitchers posted made it look a lot better than what I thought it was.

This palace has such a chill vibe. It has open space and seating. You feel like u are apart a large community even though you have your own private party. The employees are very friendly and approachable. The prices are very affordable. 17 – 25 depending on what you order.
Areas for improvement.
I notice that some employees commune with whom appear to be family, partners and or family. At times they forget to swap out charcoal when they are chatting. Today a male is sleeping on the couch (refer to pics). However considering the type of crowd I presume this activity does not evoke adverse reactions. Overall if ur looking for chill vibes and don’t mind aesthetics I would recommend this place.

We walked in and we knew what we wanted white peach by fumari. This place is very clean lighting is just right and our hookahs were brought out to us within minutes. There was a problem at first with one of our hookahs which is normal for us because we are hookah fanatics. The issue was resolved right away and the gentlemen didn’t go away until we were completely satisfied. The ambiance and atmosphere is just right for a hookah lounge. Good job guys!!! Glad we don’t have to travel to far for good hookah. They use premium Khalil mamoons and high quality tobacco.

We were in the walnut creek area and wanted to hookah and came upon the Hookah Palace. I’m still at the lounge and I can already say this is a 5 star hookah lounge! As a prior hookah lounge owner, I know when a lounge cares about satisfying their customers and these guys definitely do. They use khalil mamoon hookahs, which I consider the best hookahs in the market. They have wonderful customer service and are on top of it with new charcoals during your session. The hookahs hit great and if anything is wrong they are willing to change it. I definitely recommend this place.

Hidden treasure in Concord near Sun Valley Mall. The crowd here is usually mid twenties, the music is great, layout is spacious. The maximum on one hookah is three people and with happy hour prices it’s only 12, with a 5 dollar refill. Good deal right? The service here is attentive and gracious. I personally love it here.

The coals came 20 min late. The service was nothing special, I felt ignored every time I tried to remind them that the coals were still missing. It looked like they only gave special service to people they knew.. I came with a group of 5 ppl and 2 of them didn’t want to smoke so they charged $ 5 for each person who didn’t smoke, which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. The hookah didn’t even hit that great, and it turned harsh fairly quickly. I’ve been smoking for over 8 years, I’ve been to way better places. Not worth the money. The décor is pretty nice with the tv’s for entertainment but the couch I sat on was so low and uncomfortable it hurt my tailbone. I used a pillow but it still sank low. This place could be better if the staff treated every customer equally, came and checked up on the coals more often, and upgraded their couches.

Very rude «staff» here. We went to this place with my best friend on a friday night. A woman with three guys were blocking the door asking for id.okaaay. They ask my friend to open her purse because they need to search inside it in case she has a gun and she proceeds to dig into her purse. Wtf??? They didn’t check my bag. And when we tell them its ridiculous that she thinks my friend could fit a gun in her small purse they start laughing and telling us nothing personal.
We go inside ask to see if theres any waitlist or if we could get a seat for two people and the guy calls his friend asking him is that a flavor i don’t know what she is talking about. Wow really?
After about half an hour or so we decided to leave and as we are walking out the woman in front of the door yells after us already leaving?
I think id rather go to wicked mirage they treat their customers with more respect.

Good music, good hookah, good service. What more can you ask for?
They have a big selection and have my favorite flavors. The vibe is laid back and they make you feel at home. It’s hard to find a spot like this out here, glad I found it. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town

I’ve been to this hookah lounge a handful of times now, and I’ve had a pretty pleasant experience each time. Although parking is rather difficult if you come on a weekend night (small lot), one thing that has remained consistent is that the staff is generally very nice. Sometimes the service (frequency in which they change/​move coals) is poor, but they are all really nice people. It seems I’ve had worse service on slower nights, oddly enough. So be prepared to flag them down if you need to, depends on the night.
Prices are average, most flavors are $ 15-​$ 17. Unlike some other lounges I’ve been to, they no longer sell alcohol/​drinks. I think they had a few instances where people were too drunk and knocking hookahs over, but it’s a bummer for the rest of us.
Also, I really like the music they play here, which is essentially the really taste-​less ratchet music, so if you really can’t stand that music, you may not want to come? But I’m all about the ratch music so I’m constantly Shazam-​ing every song that comes on. It’s my understanding that during the peak hours of weekend nights, it’ll get clubby to the point where a lot of people will be dancing, but I haven’t been there at that time.
One thing that really frustrated me is I went there with a friend on Halloween night (don’t judge me), and after we were there about 20 minutes or so, they told us they were closing early (which was midnight and 15 minutes away) because the place was practically empty. So we packed up to leave a few minutes later, but as we were leaving, it seemed they were allowing another couple to purchase their session? I think the «customer service» thing to do would have been to let us finish our session while telling newcomers they were closing. That situation kind of irritated me but not enough that I wouldn’t go back.
I continue to return here because I live in Walnut Creek and the drive to the location is short, but I wouldn’t drive out of your way to come here if you aren’t from the area.

Atmosphere is terrible. Receptionist is not helpful and not welcoming.
Horrible gangsta video of murder and blood from all walls don’t make you feel relax and comfortable. We left after 5 min…

FINALLY!!! The drive was so worth it from San Jose!
A hookah place with an extensive menu and hookah styles! Not to mention, late hours and decent pricing! I came here with some friends and my boyfriend for a graduation after party celebration and it definitely is not the last time!
THE LOCATION: is located so conveniently across from DVC and is easily seen from the street. Parking is private and easy! Especially after the other businesses close in the area.
The inside of the place is AWESOME! Colorful and chill with top 40 playing in the back, and surrounded by TVs. Comfortable couches and lounging chairs are suitable for large parties (call for reservations for parties over 5).
THE SERVICE:
Is EXCELLENT. The owner greeted me personally and was kind enough to introduce me to the LAVOO hookah. A glass hookah that hits nice and the Tobacco is FUMARI brand which is my all one fave! Very few hookah places carry this brand in california. The pricing is affordable especially for the quality!
The customer service was awesome. A few employees were kind enough to make sure our coals don’t go cold and even recommend other flavors and show us some of the fruit bowl hookahs they have!
THE QUALITY: is great considering good hookah in the Bay Area is hard to find. I will definitely come back and so will my party, as there is nothing better than good quality hookah!
My recommendation: the LAVOO hookah with white gummy flavor. call ahead for parties over 5! Because they get packed!
