Jack In the Box

Gotta tell you, this place makes the local McDonalds look like an outhouse. At the least the food is fresh. I would love to talk the McDonalds franchisee and ask how they can sleep at night knowing what crap they serve. These burgers are just fine. At least this owner knows why they are in business.

Above average fast food and what everyone loves a clean bathroom.
This jack In The Box has underwent recent remodels beefing up the inside to be much nicer and cleaner. The outside looks appealing and nice as ever. and the food is high quality.
Parking at this location is a serious problem, I mean if you come at rush hour or lunch time or even late night it is difficult to find a parking. Not to mention I have seen people park in the handicap spot.
This location knows how to cook. They know how to make onion rings perfectly blazing hot and not burnt. I have never had to return food because it’s not of quality or hot at this location. I always love getting break feast at Jack In The Box. Since I can remember this location has had spot on food. I really like getting a break feast jack with extra cheese and onion rings. I have had to return my food at other locations because of quality but not here.
Best thing about Jack In The Box is price. I can eat here alone for 7 bucks. On my cheat day this is what I grab. If I don’t feel like Taco Bell or vise versa I go to Jack In The Box. You can’t beat 7 bucks for a full meal and for me sometimes leftovers.
During this recent super bowl I made a Jack In The Box account and got a free Jumbo Jack for a promotion. I took the extra burger home and ate it the next day. Can’t beat that. Also I never had a problem with people working here. I have visited this location since I was born and can never recall being disrespected as a individual or have I witnessed it.
Unilocalers. I have to put this out there. When I find a clean well kept bathroom this goes into my review. I mean if you have to go number two and would like comfort and not to stand above the toilet as you go. (trust me this isn’t fun) But a clean bathroom should be a must have even for a fast food place.

Horrible. Not only was the staff horribly unprofessional but rude to us as well. I had ordered an oero cookie shake at 10 at night. Ordered n everything. Get to the window. Oh our machine is broken. Okay I want my money back. Then the employee proceed to tell me that he wud mix it for me. Alright, I’m fine with that. Comes back, it’s not mixed
I just want my money back and the. The employee had the audacity to say very loudly. «Oh great, it’s mine now I’ll drink it» then takes the shake and begins to drink it in front of us as we are getting are refund. That is beyond unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting the manager in the morning.

I just picked up some egg rolls for my son and found them to be clearly burnt black when I arrived home. Not sure how someone didn’t catch it and remake them to prevent an easily fixable problem before it happened.

Food was decent, service was nice, unfortunately they never get my order right! The last two times I went to get take out they forgot items in one order and mixed up the other order.
I do not plan on going here again. =/

Nothing too spectacular about this Jack-​in-​the-​Box. It’s just you on the Mail Jack-​in-​the-​Box. I particularly enjoy Jack-​in-​the-​Box for the two dollar tacos.
I wish I had more of a review to give here.
I just don’t have much to say about fast food restaurants.
They’re good to eat at if you’re in a pinch.

I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, and they forgot to put bacon on it! How can you forget that, it’s the first word in the title…

Went to Jack in the box during lunch today and there was no line at the drive thru which was good… Placed our order and everything was correct on the screen but when we got to the office our burgers were not correct. I ordered a Jr jack with no tomatoes on sour dough but got a Jr jack on reg bun, my friend ordered a double cheese burger with no ketchup but got a cheese burger with ketchup.

I’m a glutton for more things than Cheeseburgers. I’m a glutton for coupons for Cheeseburgers too.
My sister and I wanted a quick lunch before a long drive ahead of us. I believe my coupon was for buy one Ultimate Cheeseburger get the second free. Of course my sister got the second.
The window is super fast here. At lunch that’s always a good thing. They also couldn’t be nicer here. You can tell they have a great team here.
Our food was ridiculously hot! The hottest freshest burger I’ve had. Coupons also make it ok to be gluttonous as well.

Drive through order was quick and courteous, which is the norm for this location.
I had the breakfast sandwich meal w/​no cheese — it was hot, crispy and good. It included both ham, eggs and bacon which was a nice surprise since I thought it only had bacon. This meal came w/​OJ and hash browns for $ 5.39. However the drive thru menu had the incorrect price for the meal at $ 4.99 and straws weren’t included with our orange juice.
The staff said they would take care of it right away and seemed appreciative when I told them it wasn’t necessary for a price adjustment.
I like this location, can’t remember a time when my drive thru order was ever wrong. Would definitely recommend.

I worked in Fast Food for 17 years as a young man. I appreciate fast, but accurate service, and a clean restaurant with clean, (and I mean clean) restrooms. Where I live in Idaho the Jack in the Box sucks, so while I like the Chicken Club Salads I get them in California or Grants Pass OR but never Ontario OR.
I also like the tacos with no hot sauce.
Mostly I go through the drive through. It can be very busy, and the counter people have made mistakes. Lately I notice they repeat the orders as they hand them out. When it is right, it can’t be better! But if I get the wrong dressing, I am very unpleasant and call them back to let them know. Since I come to California every 4 to 6 months I am an on and off again customer. But I do like to come here.

Check your drive through order before you pull away.
I love jack in the box but this location has given me diet coke 2 times and forgotten burgers from my order 3 times. I caught the problem three times but the first time it happened i got all the way home before realizing and i got no straw to check the soda until i got home.
Since the accuracy here is terrible I try to avoid this location. I can only imagine what else they are forgetting.

I stop by here mostly for breakfast. Usually it’s Ernesto taking orders at the drive-​thru (typically on weekdays) he is friendly upbeat and makes it habit to learn the customers names. I have had no issues with the morning crew getting my order right. I have been at other times of day and its always a decent experience. This location is open 24 hours and i believe this last holiday season they stayed open on the holidays. One issue with this location is its drive-​thru exit dumps you right on Contra Costa Blvd. heading south, depending on the traffic it can be hard to get out.

Great place to get breakfast at 1 am.

I cannot believe that the two people on here that unjustly gave this Jack location 1 star & nothing to do with the food. (seriously, you are mad because they don’t have stupid antenna balls? & you are mad at a 16 year old kid because you didn’t have the nerve to stand-​up for yourself?)
When it’s 2 AM and you are drunk or high, there is but one place to get your grease on… Jack In The Crack.
Whether you need those scary but good 2 tacos for .99 or those amazing jalapeño poppers or an Oreo shake to satisfy the inner 17 year old in all of us, this is the destination for late night P. Hill.

I come here often when I’m doing over nighters at work and Jack in the Box is conveniently open!!(= Their staff is always super nice and polite! Never rude or even unfriendly! LOVE EM! LOVE EM!

Arguably the greasiest of the fast-​food chains and also the most eclectic with respect to the menu. Can’t say that anything on the menu is all that great with the exception of the Oreo cookie shake but it does do the trick when you just need something to eat.
This particular Jack-In-the-Crack’s drive-​thru was fast and efficient.

You know the saying, the cleanliness of your food is related to the cleanliness of the bathroom?

If you want fast food on the Boulevard, there’s Burger King near Sun Valley Mall, McDonald’s, and Jack-​In-​the-​Box. And in the Planning Commission bin is a future In-​N-​Out near the PH Target and another near Black Angus towards the WC. After that happens, I’ll hit the road, Jack.
In the meantime, this Jack’s is A-​OK. My son likes the shakes and I like the interesting variety of offerings. It’s also great that Jack’s is open late and on Christmas. However, like any other good Son of Moses, you’ll find me eating Chinese on that day.

Well, its 9:30 pm on Christmas Day, and its the first time you popped your head up from everything and realized you could use a few items.
