Absolutely INSANE customer service here. They always have what I need and are friendly. I only come here for my cleaning supplies!

I’m hugely disappointed in this store in last year. They are always out of stock on 60% of things I need to run my business. I buy my vacuums from them and often need parts as they brake. They are always out (no straps, no filters, no carbon filters, no tools), no squeegee covers, mops.
I have been a customer for 10+ years and I buy a lot of stuff from these guys. It used to be no problem but since J left they are out of stock on 5 things out of 10 EVERYTIME I come! Others are experiencing the same problem and are complaining too.
Please fix this problem ASAP or I will find another store. Maybe you can get rid of stuff that doesn’t sell much and make sure you have vacuum parts and squeegee covers, mops, tools… etc.
I’ve been complaining for 6 months or so and even called J but they are pointing fingers at each other instead of finding a solution. They say they order 10 pieces but it’s gone by end of the week. Than they have to order more and it can take another 2 – 3 weeks for the part to get in.
I can’t have my vacuums out for 2 – 3 weeks.
Please fix this problem ASAP.

Next to Navlet’s, You may drive past it if you are not careful. Although they generally supply professionals, the staff was superhelpful and got me setup to clean the vinyl floor.
