This store doesn’t follow return policies consistent with this modern world. I could buy jeans anywhere. Being a 90s kid I never really had a chance to wear adult jeans from Calvin Klein so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try! I got these jeans on sale, with a coupon and still rang up $ 60. I bought my style and size and headed home. Anyone that has been to this zoo of a mall doesn’t like to spend all day shopping. Cut the stringed tag and tried them on. They weren’t a good fit and incredibly baggy. Tried to return 20 days later, within the 30 day policy window. I also brought the original recipet and all the associated tags. I was denied a return because the tags were cut even though I still had them with me. «The tags were cut and they appear to be worn. There’s nothing we can do.» It’s amazing how something little as impulsively defending a general policy could have such an impact on the customer experience. I’m giving one star because my shopping decisions were not supported. I see it as this company does not stand by the customer. This isn’t a chair, or a restaurant meal… These are clothes. that people live their life in. They should feel amazing in them from day one. Due to the close ended nature of this interaction, they sell stuff and don’t care about the customer. I will never shop here ever again. And no amount of Justin Bieber will convince me otherwise.

BESTPRICESAROUND Rather than waiting for some sale at Macy’s, just come to the outlet. They are literally stocked up to their eye balls. Check out was easy and so were returns.(I got the wrong collar size for hubby. My bad.) One weird thing… they had four isles dedicated to underwear. Seriously, dudes?

Your typical«designer» outlet — packed with people, loud«untz, untz» music and the same stuff you can buy at Macy’s. However, my husband is a tall man and Macy’s never stocks his size so this store comes in handy. Prices appear to be about the same as a department store sale. The floor staff can be pretty snotty though. I mean, you do realize you work at a Calvin Klein OUTLET in KENOSHA, right?
