Although i mistaken the rock port store for the Adidas store because the adidas sign is on the side of the business. Not one associate acknowledged me when i walked in 2 girls and one male chit chatting about nothing Ps This review is based on sunday two weeks ago

Never again! I’m just leaving your store #0213 in Pleasant Prarie and must share in my dissatisfaction of both policy and service. Nicole was the associate that I spoke with and although was polite, needs some additional training if she is to be left at the store to Manage. The background is that I stopped in on 6⁄16 to make a purchase and the size needed wasn’t available at your store. Nicole who also helped me at that time filled out the document to source my size needed. I was assured that if ordered out of another store a return was acceptable if the size didn’t fit. I received a call from store 0019 out of Tannersville PA and ordered two pairs that were a half size apart. My plan was to return the size that didn’t fit my Father. Today, I stopped in to return my shoes and Nicole wasn’t able to return a full refund and I left over 15% of my monies or about $ 8 of a $ 49 purchase in the return. Apparently even though I had a receipt, the price had been reduced within the weeks time of purchase versus return, and Nicole couldn’t make the adjustment in the system. Although I was told I could make the return and after spending twenty minutes trying to get my full purchase price back, I left frustrated and you lost a customer. I must say in learning your in transition didn’t help my confidence with your chain and with the Adidas attachment, I’m surprised at the lack of service received. I offered to take a pair of socks to make up the difference even though I just wanted my money but that wasn’t possible so I was told.

The Reebok outlet was a pleasant surprise. After leaving the overcrowded shitshow that is Nike(empty handed), Reebok was clean, uncrowded and actually offered deals. I scored 2 pairs of trainers(buy one, get the second for $ 20) which saved me $ 60. Apparel was WAY cheaper than at Nike and most of it was marked down further from the tag price. I stocked up on workout gear($ 10 sports bras!) and was pleasantly surprised at how much stuff I got vs the end total. Staff was nice too — and helpful, something you probably won’t get at Nike either.
