I always drive to this location to pay my bill and get new services. Excellent customer service. Way better than other locations.

Complete trash. They have the WORST service that I’ve ever experienced. I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve spoken to the Kenosha branch manager and corporate on how to get off my plan because of how crappy it was but then they just kept trying to up sell me their low grade trash. If you value your hard earned money, don’t waste it on Verizon. It’s a failing company that never delivers. I even spoke on the phone with a actual full-​time manager from corporate that Guaranteed me on the phone an accommodation and then told me 5 minutes later that she’s not giving me it. (Mind you I was actually polite to these people the entire time). Again, don’t waste your money and time, just go month to month with another company that will actually deliver at least halfway decent service.
