Helpful BEFORE delivery. Useless after delivery. It’s basically a ‘figure it out yourself’ situation. They never pick up the phone, never returned our phone calls, lied about shipping us the supplies we needed.
Luckily for us, we found another company that walked us through everything we needed to know, they were shocked about how little we knew and by the unprofessional behavior of a fellow industry competitor.
Bottom line. If you can shop elsewhere please do. If you have to deal with them, realize you will never hear from them again.

Convenient locations, limited but adequate product stock but very unreliable service. Makes commitments, ‘yesses’ you to death then doesn’t show up or returns calls.
