Valley One Pub & Grill

I stop at this pub occasionally. Being vegetarian, I’m a bit limited on menu selection, but staff always happy to modify something for me. What I most love about this pub is the awesome friendly helpful staff. They always promote the patrons to have a really good time! I also like the casual atmosphere and it is nice to have a pub that smoking is allowed in. There are plenty of nonsmoking bars already. There are a lot of tvs for sports viewing, pool tables and shuffleboard, and other entertainment on different evenings. The staff at this pub also keep it clean, and the clean bathroom is so appreciated. If you loved the good olé days of smoking and drinking at the local pub, this is the pub for you!

Husband and I walked in and immediately walked out. The place is so filled with cigarette smoke that the less than 5 minutes we were there we had to go home and promptly wash our clothes.

I visited this place 4 days after it first opened. For a soft launch, things seemed to be running quite well and it had quite a few people for the middle of a Saturday afternoon.
The bar area is quite spacious with plenty of seating. The gaming side has pool tables, darts, shuffleboard, and Golden Tee. Drinks are very reasonably priced, cheaper than I was expecting to find them.
I did not try the food, but the menu was usual bar fare of fried and grilled items. I overheard a customer speak well of the burgers.
Being located in Pleasant Valley, this is one of only a handful or bars north of the river where smoking is allowed. Granted, it was only 4 days old, but despite the presence of several smokers I barely noticed.
