Went to cash in lotto tickets I had scratched off and were confirmed winners I had received for my birthday and the clerk was so rude when i went in because I didnt scratch off the part that made his life easier to verify how much my winnings were. He stated«this is not my duty». Do you want my money or not rude 7 – 11 clerk?! There are plenty of other places to go besides here, avoid if possible. After he scolded me for not scratching off the random code in the corner of the lotto ticket, i wanted to turn them in and get more as christmas presents. The selection was SOPOOR. The scratches I was able to get had coffee stains all over them. Disgusting joint with weirdos hanging outside as well. Beware of this dump.

Clerk was rude. I brought a drink up front and it rang up 50 cents higher than the sticker in the case. So I brought it up and he stuck to his price. Even though there were 2 stickers directly underneath that drink that even described the drink properly and had the lower price. I’m not going there again.

this 7 – 11 is small and has been here for decades. after being stuck in traffic on 680, for at least an half hour, i was feeling drowsy and needed a wake up brew. not a lot of grocery offeringshere, just the basics. brew: brazil dark roast(m. 1.55) –smooth, a little body, no harshness. –taste better than the regular brew at starbux. notes: –lots of parking in this commercial strip.

Weak as F*CK! Jaded, annoying, RUDE, and difficult to deal with employees. It’s 7-Eleven so you can’t expect much but at least hire some people who know what the fuck they are doing so that your business doesn’t get such a bad rap. Absolutely disappointed… I try to avoid this location at all costs unless I am in a pinch.

When I lived in the Tri-Valley, I used to go to this specific 7 – 11 all the time to buy Alcohol. I pretty much became a well-established acquaintance to all the people that work here on every shift. Except one of the ladies who works there during the swing shift kinda creeped me out. The customer service here is good, or maybe it’s just because I was cool with all the workers. But one night I went here for Alcohol & the debit card machine was down. I didn’t have any cash on me but the cashier gave me the drinks & told me I could pay him back next time I came in. Which I did. As far as 7 – 11’s in general go; I’m not usually a huge fan. In San Jose, there’s always a bum hanging out at 7 – 11 trying to «hustle» you for some«spare change.» I do believe it’s an act of kindness to help somebody out, but when most the people who want your help simply want your help to buy some more drugs. It’s more like an act of allowing people to harm themselves than it is an act of kindness. If anything, it’s an act of destruction. So why bother? Get outta my face, get a job. stop leeching. I also don’t like how in the summer, the middle & high schoolers from local schools always feel the need to wander around aimlessly outside of 7 – 11 every night. And when you walk in, you already know they’re gonna fuckin’ stare at you. Not necessarily to be rude, but just because essentially. they’re still idiots. But it’s still irritating to be stared at. Mind yo’ own business, foolz. If you’re going to 7 – 11 to get some booz & there’s a bunch of clowns are staring at you every time you go, you begin to want to go to liquor stores instead. & put businesses with good intentions, like 7 – 11, out of business. Same thing to you bums out there.

So I went in to buy a can of dip and the clerk looks at me and then holds my i.d. behind his back and says simply«this isn’t you». First off: why would I waste using a 22 year old fake I.D. on buying tobacco? Secondly: Thank you for telling me I look so young. «What?! Are you serious?», I exclaim(I pull out my military I.D.) «See, same name and birthdate AND picture», I say a little more calmly. (He grabs it out of my hand and studies it) «Let me see debit card», he demands. (I show him) He glares at all three peices of plastic for 7 seconds. Then slides my merchandise and my cards at me with a confused look on his face. RUDE

worst 7 – 11 ive ever been too, they hassle me everytime i try and buy zig zags and require ID and never take alternatives, the workers here are slow, incompetent and one speaks absolutely no english whatsoever. I also left a good sum of money on the counter right in front of the cashier($ 300) on the counter and came back 5 min later to find out it was stolen, they would not show me surveillance tapes even upon contacting manager(the woman) and were very VERY rude, went as far as cursing at me over the phone! I had to literally call the cops on them because i knew the cashier stole it. needless to say i wont be coming here anymore ever again, i wasnt suprised to see so many negative posts

These guys are great, especially considering that amount of problematic customers they seem to deal with. The store, as with any 7-Eleven, is good for a quick bite or treat. Always clean. Always stocked. Great ice cream and drinks selection, and the employees are incredibly nice!

i stopped in and bought a few bottles of wine to have around the house for cooking. to my surprise they have many wines but not a single one was priced. i grabbed the sutter home because i knew it would be the cheapest. luckily they scanned at $ 5 each. i also grabbed a couple bags of chips as well. there was a line building up behind me as the guy behind the counter was moving like molasses. hurry it up guy! after the transaction was complete he just stood there doing nothing and finally asked me if i wanted a bag. do i need a bag? i have 3 bottle of wine and some chips! is he serious? no i was planning on doing a juggling act out the store to my car. yes i would love a bag! he loaded it all into one cheap plastic bag very slowly i might add and i carefully got the goods and got out of there quick. does 7-eleven corporate even care anymore? they need to take their time before just franchising a location to just anybody!

5 stars and here’s why… When the owner is there and there aren’t a million people in the store, he/they won’t allow me to pay for slurpees for my girls every now and again. I think he’s given me the«no charge wink» about three times. I think that’s pretty cool since kids are probably headaches sometimes for this store since they are right down the street from a middle school.
