Excellent customer service. I would recommend these guys to anybody. We’ve even had the alarm go off once (although it was only some construction guys who were painting the exteriors), and the police were dispatched immediately. The system works the way it’s supposed to!

Excellent service. Gene was able to visit the same day and thoroughly serviced our system (replaced all sensor batteries, replaced keypad, installed smoke alarm, repaired wireless panel). Very knowledgeable about the
products and functionalities, took the time to explain everything and demonstrate. Highly recommended. Glad my system is now serviced by this company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation processfrom this place. Before I worked with them, I was dubious of the alarm industry as they seemed overly eager to do whatever it takes to lock you into a contract and provide sub-​par products. Not here.
First of all, it’s not a chain or franchise. I researched and called quite few places, and these guys never tried to push a sale. They were great in working with me, answering my questions about how the Go Control and
were different from the other older technology companies. I had done my research, so I knew a bit already, but I still had questions, and these guys knew their stuff.
The technician came out to install the system (Eric?) was awesome. I was amazed with how thorough his work was. He took care to neatly tuck away every wire. He even labeled everything, which he really didn’t have to do. He didn’t rush the job, and thoroughly tested every sensor, running up and down the stairs, until everything worked perfectly. He stayed later than anticipated because my system was a bit older. I got pizza delivery so he wouldn’t drive home hungry (he lived hours away, and yet he didn’t rush things to get home; it was clear how much he cared about quality work). Really solid guy.
Even after the install, these guys were very responsive to emails and phone calls to help me tweak the system. They really have no incentive to, but I guess they just care. Highly recommended.
Note: I know my 5-​star review is the first, and this may seem suspicious, but it’s real :-) A friend recommended them to me, and I’ve already recommended these guys to a couple others. I’m surprised no one else has written a review for them.
