I called today to make an appointment. Your receptionist was uninformed and insanely rude. A place with emotionally vulnerable clientele should be ashamed. She told me to get my head together, while I was clearly explaining my needs. Great thing to say to a person that is in need of counseling. I would NEVER ever use your service. It was the worst customer service I have EVER received!
Hire more competent staff that can CLEARLY and patiently communicate!

Luckily the visits were covered by insurance, otherwise I would have felt that I had greatly wasted my money. I can only speak about Dr. Carol Caruso but if that is all you have to do to be a Psychologist and make buttloads of money, I’m in the wrong business. She literally just listened to me talk for 45 minutes each time I went in. Which is fine, but she offered no «therapy», I had to ask for her feedback & even then she had nothing to say! If I just wanted to talk «at» someone for 45 minutes, I could just go to my local hair salon. In fact, I’d get more advice there! Very disappointing!
