We have used Darlene Crane for two loans/refi’s. She is very professional, tells you what you need to do and gets it done. She will look for the best rate and will tell you what to expect as far as how long it will take and the documentation needed to complete the transaction.

Darlene Crane is the best! She has always made herself available to answer all of my questions, and finds ways for me to improve my situation. Darlene outlined a plan for my boyfriend and I that will prepare us for the home buying process. So far, we have been sticking to it and we feel very ecstatic about it.
