Two stars because I loved Dr Fatteh and his quality of care, he turned my life around in a short of time as to pain. I was very disappointed to find out from a vendor that Dr was leaving the office and I was never notified. When I was out medication I called the office and my call was routed to Palo Alto the new office was that was taking over his patients. Mind you this was the last week of February and the vendor told the last week of December that the doctor was leaving the practice. The receptionist who I talked I to said I could not get refills bc the new doctor hadn’t begun reviewing patients charts and I’d have to wait. I also asked why patients weren’t notified — that I was only notified by a vendor that came to my house to drop off equipment, her answer — «well some patients were notified by letter.» Apparently, I wasn’t important enough or my pain level wasn’t important or serious enough to send me a letter to give me an opportunity to find a new doctor if needed. For this reason, i am very disappointed in the quality of care the doctor has for ALL his patients… I will not be continuing to go to office that his taking over it is now April and I am still waiting for that call back from that about refill for medication!!! In the meantime I have to find another doctor!

Dr Fatteh and Dhara are friendly, understanding, and smart. And the front desk is very easy to work with, especially Cynthia. Dr Fatteh is very knowledgeable in regards to pain management, and he really understands the workers compensation system.

I am very satisfied Dr. Fatteh’s knowledge, treatments, and care. He exhibits utmost courtesy and professionalism, as well as his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Fatteh to anyone with any physical or sports related injuries.

Dr. Fatteh is awesome ! I have been going to him for years. He is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. He really takes time to go over everything with you .He has given me several cortisone shots and they don’t hurt! Staff is excellent. I highly recommend this practice for anyone with pain or sports injury.
