Stumbled upon this«Company» while looking through postings on and . They had a reasonably priced car so I decided to drive the hour and a half to go take a look at it. Jim told me to meet him at his house since I would be coming after work. I test drove the car and everything looked fine but I decided to have a mechanic look at it just in case. To my delight, the car was in decent shape and I was ready to make an offer on the car. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get in touch with Jim. Well it turns out that this«company» is owned and operated by one man and he’s apparently too busy to answer my phone calls. I tried to get in contact with him for two weeks, leaving voicemails, calling from various numbers… with no response. So today, I once again tried to contact him and he happened to answer his phone. He explained to me that the car had been sold immediately after my shop took a look at it… Okay. I mean its one thing to sell a car out from under a prospective buyer. But he was unprofessional and disrespectful when he responded to my surprise with, «I thought I called you.» REALLY? if you called me and told me the vehicle was sold two weeks ago, why the hell am I calling you? I am totally put off by Jim and I’d like to save anyone else the pain of trying to work with him. Good Luck car shopping, you’ll be better off without this brokerage’s help.
