Help-U-Sell Tri-Valley Homes

I originally looked at Help U Sell when I thought I was going to sell to my renters and only wanted someone to do the paperwork. After my «realtor» told me it would cost me 4% of the sale price (just to fill out forms)… I went on the hunt for a more cost effective way, and found Mitch who told me would do it for 18% LESS than my realtor offered (SERIOUSLY). Then it turned out that my renters were not ready to buy, so I asked Mitch if he can list it for sale for me. He of course said yes, and for a lot less than other realtors.
When I told my realtor that I was going with Help U Sell, I was told that they statistically obtain lower sales prices, they didn’t know how to negotiate, and many more statements that turned out to be not true.
Mitch Candler worked tirelessly every step of the way, and in fact, I know he had other listings the same time as mine, including some very high priced properties, and the beauty of that is, even though some of his listings were more than double the price of mine, I received the same service. He is a true professional and I never once felt like he was ignoring me or pushing me aside to focus on the larger dollars. It’s a flat fee!
We listed on a Wednesday, held the brokers open on Friday, and open house on Sunday, we looked at offers on Tuesday, received multiple offers, he negotiated all of them, submitting counters, etc. and we ended up with 6% OVER asking with all contingencies removed and a 23 day close!
If you are considering selling your house, do not listen to the naysayers. This is the ONLY way to go!
