Totally non-​responsive management group. I was a clean, quiet tenant that paid my rent on time every single month. LPM isn’t close to Oakland, so getting anyone to respond to repair requests was near impossible. Emails completely ignored.
The worst is when I moved out and requested they let the future tenant know I had purchased a new stainless fridge and washer/​dryer for the unit and didn’t need them anymore b/​c I purchased a home that included them, and to see if they’d be interested in purchasing them. Not only would they not suggest it to the new tenant, when the new tenant specifically asked if the former resident might have appliances to sell they STILL wouldn’t connect us. I left a letter in the mailbox but unfortunately the new resident didn’t get it until after they had new units delivered. Worst customer service ever.
Oh, and after proactively spending $ 200 on a professional cleaning crew (to clean my already clean unit), they deducted $ 150 for cleaning and $ 200 for carpet cleaning from my security deposit. They also over-​prorated my last month of rent.
I work for a commercial real estate firm and this type of lazy, incompetent customer service is totally unacceptable.

Warning this company is dishonest and charge for items and work not done. They have individuals that are racist and are out to make profits at any cost. They give out property Keyes with disregard to the safety of your rental property

I worked with Hilary Leffler and I would recommend her to anyone. She had us approved the same day for the condo we applied for! She is great to work with and is on top of anything you ask of her. Anytime I email her she responds back within hours if not right away.

If you’re an investor in the Tri-​Valley I strongly recommend you use Hilary to rent and manage your property. I’ve known her for years and trust her completely in this area. Sure she’s a friend but she’s the best when it comes to these things. Put your trust, heart and home in Hilary’s hands and you’ll be happy you did.
