As a first time home buyer, the mortgage process can seem REALLY confusing (and scary). Lucrezia took the time to explain every detail of the loan process, made sure we got the best rates (I shopped her against USAA and Chase — her initial quote was the lowest), and even closed our FHA mortgage in 21 days (most mortgages take 30 or more)!
It gets better — on the day we signed all of our mortgage paperwork, she drove AN HOUR AND A HALF to meet us at the title company and answer any questions that might pop up at the last minute. Even our real estate agent was impressed with her attention to detail and dedication. She told me «Wow, most mortgage people just call in over the phone!»
Our first home purchase was tricky because we were at a natural disadvantage as first time home buyers. Other buyers had more cash or a stronger mortgage history. We bid against FOUR other buyers and won, largely because Lucrezia went out of her way to explain how watertight we were to the sellers, and promised to close the loan in 21 days!
We couldn’t have done it without her, and I am extremely happy Lucrezia put together our mortgage. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
