First time in, the worst service I’ve ever had. Barely got greated. We ended up in the bar. Took about 6 – 7 minutes to get brought menus. We ate around 9pm so not to much traffic. We were tucked in the corner next to completely wasted table. They were so loud couldn’t even hear my boyfriend accross the table. Servers did not quiet them down. Had to walk up to the bar to get drink refill. Never once was asked if we liked our food. I ordered Kung pop chicken… Very spicy. But loved the wontons. However, very disappointed in the service for the type of food and the cost… Overall was $ 60 for dinner And for two. Forgot to mention, I asked for a water and some server brought it over and tried to hit on me in front of my boyfriend causing him to become pissed off and creating a bad vibe. Really wanna give this place another shot. Just hoping we don’t go through this again.

We’ve eaten here occasionally since it first opened, most recently last night. So that’s probably less than once a year. After the very first time, it’s been a birthday dinner choice by one or other of our kids. The menu has lots of interesting choices for both food and drinks and both have always been very tasty. So 5 stars for food and beverage. And that’s mostly why one goes to restaurants, after all. But we’ve noticed a degradation in some of the things that were unique to PF Chang’s that enhanced the memory that made the kids want to come. They used to have colorful strings of flexible wax for the kids to play with. A great way to entertain young and old and something the kids looked forward to. And unique to PF Chang’s. But not anymore. They used to bring a set of sauces to the table and create a trio for you to use with your food. Tasty and something I always looked forward to. Not entirely unique, but almost so. Not anymore. When I made the reservation by phone(couldn’t get the online one on Unilocal to work), they asked if there was a special occasion. So I did say it was one of my kids’ birthdays. They used to have smaller portion desserts made in little glass cups. Pretty unique. And it’s what they’d use as a free birthday dessert. I thought they used to sing when they brought it(one of those restaurant-specific non-copyright-infringing songs since they can’t sing ‘Happy Birthday’), though I may not be remembering that right. Neither cup of cake nor song anymore.(They do have a fairly ordinary dessert that they bring for the birthday celebrant.) It’s not that I’m resistant to change. These aren’t changes, they’re just reductions. Little things but they make the place less special. And so a star less and I wonder if the kids will choose to come here again.

I’ve only been to PF Chang’s a couple times and each time is worse than I remember it being the time before. The only reason I went this time was because I got $ 50 in gift cards as a gift and I was hungry. I showed up and there were four hostesses at the front. Why you need four is beyond me, but you’d think that at least one of the four would be somewhat friendly. But it was almost as if I inconvenienced them by interrupting their riveting conversation when I showed up. And when people’s tables became available, they would raise their voice and shout(like many places do), but when people in the immediate area didn’t respond, they started screaming(rather than walking over to the bar or outside). That’s not what I want to hear as I’m waiting for a table. And there were cobwebs on the two statues that flank you as you walk in the restaurant. If you have multiple cobwebs on something on prominent display under lights that showcase your signature statues as soon as you walk in, I wonder how much time is spent cleaning other things(like the kitchen, dishes, tables, etc.). So enough was enough and I sat at the bar area. I got the dinner for two with hot and sour soup, egg rolls, Mongolian beef, pad thai, and some disgusting dessert that was almost like a frozen French pastry. The hot and sour soup should have been called broth with tofu and a pound of salt because the salt is all I could taste. The egg rolls were just a greasy mess of nastiness. The Mongolian beef was almost as salty as the soup and the sauce was bad. It was basically strips of beef with some kind of long green vegetable mixed in with it… that’s not Mongolian beef. That would be like me putting ketchup on ground beef and calling it meatloaf. The pad thai was just a hot mess. The sauce was awful and the noodles were borderline crunchy. And the dessert was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. A soggy pastry filled with cream drowned in a super-sweet strawberry sauce that tastes more like Robitussin than something I would choose to eat. Don’t get me wrong… I know that PF Chang’s is hardly authentic Chinese food. I know it’s as far as you can get from authentic Chinese food. But this is borderline inedible regardless of authenticity. Panda Express would have been better than this. Chinese food in a strip mall in Omaha would probably be better than this. PF Chang’s frozen meals for two that they sell at Safeway is better than this. I won’t ever be back to PF Chang’s. If I get another gift card, I’ll regift it before going back here. If a group of people wants to go for a group outing, I’ll either decline, or just drink water. Quite possibly the worst restaurant in America.

Almost an hour wait after placing order. Food is cold(waiter puts the food on the cocktail table and first goes to wait on other tables before serving us), No one wants to pay attention to you at this place and if you say food tastes cold and bad then you get an answer is that so and does nothing about, really? Never coming here again and promise to stop at least 10 other people from coming to this place.

Went here the second time around and it’s better than I remember. There’s three areas of seating: a outside patio area which has a heater so even if it’s raining you’ll be warm, the right side of the entrance is the casual diner area and on your left side is the bartending area(I taken the dining area). There was plenty of staffs, courteous and easy to talk to. Our waiter made suggestion about what to get and unlike others who pick the most expensive ones, he picked a decent pricing foods but also that was actually delicious. However, my friend sign up for the reward points and he told us if we sign-up he’ll give us a complimentary dessert with discount price, but I already pay and never gotten that dessert :( I tried Asian Pear Mojito drink(our waiter recommend it) which was really refreshing and really good, it was really good that I wanted another one but stopped myself. I got seated around 1:30ish and it was pack, but it wasn’t too bad unlike the next-door Cheesecake Factory where the line is even to the outside. The inside here is spacious and perfect for family-size.

Not only was it an hour wait to get seated but a almost a 2 hour wait to get our food. Oily, no flavor and the worst service. Worst food and service I’ve ever had. Won’t ever come back.

Went here last night.(A Wednesday) Service wasn’t that great and it was so slow.(It was busy but not that busy) It took me two hours total to get my food and finish eating. People sitting around us noticed it was taking a long time for the food to come out as well and the waitress wasn’t friendly to keep everyone updated on the status of everyone’s order. I liked the egg drop soup but I won’t be coming back here.

Ordered the new item, Lobster Fried Rice. Other than too salty, the entrée is good. The tea was good though.

HORRIBLESERVICE! I walked in and the 2 blond girls at the front desk were really rude and felt discriminated. I wasn’t greeted but the people before me were treated a lot better, I don’t know if it was that I wasn’t white or something else. After seeing that I decided to leave with my family. I will differently will never come back. We came 12÷02÷15 at 6:30pm

Come in an hour before you want to eat! We’ve been seated an hour & still haven’t gotten our food, the service is terribly slow and we have to flag down the server to ask for drink refills.

I’m a big fan of P.F. Changs and I’ve always enjoyed a place to enjoy upscale Chinese food. I’ve been very busy lately so I’ve only made it to a few happy hours here and there. What a great deal, you can try a little bit of everything and call it a day. I have to say, during my last visit, the edamame was a little flavorless and the salt and pepper calamari was not made fresh and very dry. I’m sure it was ore fried hours beforehand which is disgusting… :(other than that I usually have a good experience. Sometimes the service is a little slow but I’ll live.

So I’m here right now. I ordered the orange peel chicken with fried rice. The chicken comes with pieces of orange in it and every single slice of orange had these huge seeds in them, very unpleasant to bite into when you’re eating. The sauce was tasty. I had to mix the fried rice into the chicken in order to give the rice flavor because it did lack flavor. It’s actually slow right now and my waitress is barley around. Would I return? Not 100% sure.

Is PF short for Americanized Chinese Party Food? At the bar, happy hour is from 3 to 7 p.m. and while I’m never blown away by their spring rolls or pork dumplings, I find I’m not disappointed either. I can say the same about fried green beans or hot and sour soup. Good, caring staff here to get your chin up. At the Stoneridge Mall. #brainy

Nice décor mediocre food. Our server was friendly but 3 servers passed us up and would not make eye contact with us as we raise our hand to flag one down for water. They pack this place so tight the guy behind me sneezed and bumped the back of my chair. The food was ok for a chain restaurant. The kids meal was a huge plate of fried rice that my kiddo didn’t like. I had the combo pad thai that was ok. Nothing special. The food just didn’t have any flavor but I think I’m just spoiled having so many great Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese hole in the wall restaurants in the bay area. I would not be coming back but glad I tried it out.

After tennis, Boyfriend and I decided to get dinner together last Sunday night. Though we aren’t terrible people, we(more like I) forgot it was Mother’s day and that all restaurants would most likely be super crowded. Both of our parents live far from the Bay and so we had to make do with sending gifts/phone our mothers earlier in the day to celebrate.(Ok fine, I am the worst D:) We had tried two restaurants before going to P.F. Changs. I had little hope that there was going to be space for us. I overheard the party in front of us asking for a table outside because there was an hour and a half wait. Though I didn’t think we had a chance, I asked what the wait time was for two and the lady reached for the menus. WOOHOO. We were seated in a small table next to curtain that blocked the entrance. They weren’t the best seats, but it was good enough for me. We decided to go with the prix fixe four-course menu for two. We each ordered a drink: I had the IPA and Boyfriend got a beer/lemonade(it has a name but I don’t remember). His drink was phenomenal. I’m not usually a fan of light beers, but when paired with a lemonade — wow can you say refreshing?! For dinner we ordered: wonton soup and hot & sour soup to start, chicken lettuce appetizer wraps, Moo Goo Gai Pan(seafood/vegetable dish), pork lo mein, white/brown rice and chocolate raspberry fried dumpling dessert. The food quality was all very average to be honest. At P.F. Chang’s I don’t come for the authentic Chinese cuisine. It has a classy and relaxing atmosphere with next-level panda express Chinese-American food. With this in mind, I did enjoy dinner. I like getting multiple dishes and tastes accompanied by great service and a satisfying drink. The soup was a bit too salty and old(the were super busy, so I’ll give them that) and the seafood dish was a little plain. The best part of dinner was the drinks and the dessert. I’m not complaining that the food was no good. It wasn’t the best, but I wasn’t going in with high expectations. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend, but I did have a good time. The service was relatively quick and everyone was very friendly even with the hectic crowds for the holiday. Ambiance: 5⁄5 Food: 3⁄5(Drink: 4⁄5) Service: 4.5÷5 Overall Experience: 3.5÷5

I love this place. I’m always seated very quickly & if I gave any questions about any allergens are in the food or not, the servers always know. Or they’ll walk back to the kitchen to ask & get a confirmation! Top notch service! The food is standard, it’s always been good. The salmon is addictive, as are the sprig rolls, spicy string beans & soups! I’ve never had a bad meal here, and have never had bad service. If it’s a busy weekend evening, service can be a little laggy, but everything still comes out correctly and within a reasonable amount of time! I love the location because after an exhausting day of shopping, it’s nice to relax & have a good meal before heading home! There’s almost nothing worse than sitting in traffic while you’re starving!

Yes I realize it’s a big chain, but the service and quality of the food is pretty consistent. We always order the P.F. Changs for two with hot and sour soup(salty), house made egg rolls, mongolian beef, & Chang’s spicy chicken. Brown & white rice. We wanted the chocolate rasberry wontons & they were out so they gave us an alternate and eliminated the drinks from the tag for this. This gave me a sense that management wants the customer to be totally happy with their experience. Besides, I always get gift cards for this place so it’s not like I have to pay for it, lol.
