Had two tire mounted by these guys, I brought my own tires and their prices are the best around. Best part is they didn’t even charge me again when I told them I had confuse the side of the chain, resulting in wrong direction of tire being mounted(my fault) but they didn’t charge me again! Great people to deal with. Definitely go back again!!!

I have seen the company for a few years and have read the other reviews. I decided to stop in last saturday for the hell of it. I got to talking to Danny and he told me the place is under new ownership now and they are looking to make huge changes. I got a totally cool vibe from Danny. I ended up spending some money on some new chrome parts and he was telling me how they are going to be doing bikes, hot rods, bringing in a clothing line. I look forward to watching this company under the new owners. I recommend going in there. The cars he had down there with him were FLAWLESS!

Brought the wheels of 2 of my bikes there for installation of new tires. Greg and his crew change the tires for much less $ than any other shop in the area I’ve talked to and they don’t mind if you bought the tires elsewhere. I paid $ 20 per tire + $ 2 recycling fee for each old one(compared to $ 50 avg price of other shops). Having said that — I understand the comments about distraction from other reviewers — right after the first tire swap I rode my bike to work only to end up with a flat tire at the end of the day due to slow leak from the tire’s tube. On the 2nd installation the front tire got mounted in the wrong direction — since the wheel is symmetric I noticed that only after installing it back on the bike and the brakes would rub all the way around. Greg had mentioned it put the new one on just like the old one had come off. Had he done that I would not have had to come back though. Anyways, they fixed both problems w/o any complaint or questioning for free as I would expect in such cases — only downside is the extra time spent for having to remove the wheel and dropping it off again.

I do not recommend this place at all! I took my sportster in because I was having an electrical issue. I let them know I needed my bike back within 2 weeks so I can take it camping. I did not get my bike back for over a month AND they did not even fix the problem. I was quoted one price, told one price the day before I picked it up and paid over $ 100.00 more than I was told. I had to take my bike to a complete different shop for them to figure out the problem, which was not a hard diagnoses. They do not answer their phones EVER and do not call you back once they say the will, or if you leave a message, EVER. Very unprofessional, horrible time management, and lacks knowledge for a place that is said to be «Harley oriented» DONOT waste your time coming here

Delays and promises of quality work were unless… days, weeks and then months… and when it was done, The motorcycle had broken down 5 miles from their shop… and again the following weekend… I brought it into another repair shop and discovered wiring that was incomplete and backwards… missing cables… bad repair parts… the end result was I am very lucky I wasn’t killed while riding my Harley… or worse hurt someone else as a result of Greg’s work, owner of Pacific Custom… incompetence to say the least… When I had told Greg I had problems with his workmanship. Greg told me I could go somewhere else. I thought that was interesting due to the fact he has my money and I had a motorcycle that needed to be redone… the other repair shop(not going to tell you it was Arlen Ness)…they knew of Greg’s work… Just someone who opened a shop… who likes to work on bikes but really doesn’t know how to manage or really is qualified to work on a motorcycle… but if you want someone who can wrench and while working on your bike, stops to talk to or help another customer, then forgets what he was doing, then he is your kind of mechanic… and he deals with people all day and looses track all day long… He will promise you the world… and his referrals are from guys who needed a quick fix… I’ve met two guys after the fact that had the same problem with him… With everyone out there and everyone charging crazy prices to repair hogs… if you have lots of cash and want to repair it twice bring your bike to Greg at Pacific Custom Cycles…
