Not very customer-​service oriented.
Got the shaft for asking some new client questions and they ultimately didn’t want accept me as a client, probably due to the deadline of the tax season. However, there was no follow-​up to even have me as a future client past that date.
Will take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I have trusted Jim with our taxes since we were married 17 years ago and year after year it turns out to be a great decision. Jim is hardworking, smart and honest and makes himself available throughout the year whenever we have a tax related question. We are new clients of Jim’s and he and his staff have been wonderful, Jim especially.
He’s very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and just puts you at ease, as he will take care of your audit needs! We were being audited by the IRS and state for 2009 & 2010, over internal stock trades (ESPP, Non-​qual, other stock) and he was able to straighten everything out, and get us some money back for prior years, by amending our returns!
Because of our great experience, we’ve decided to hand over our 2012 taxes to him!
If you’re looking for a great CPA, I’d highly recommend Jim.
