I toured Pleasantans after the new manager took over and I am very impressed. I like their new paint job (I toured right before purchase) and I think they are headed in the right direction. I purchased a Diamond package in anticipation of my upcoming trip to Hawaii. I can’t wait!

Came here on a weekday. Service was great; everything was explained well and offers were made in a good manner. The room was clean. I really like that they provide tanning goggles and sanitize them after the use so I never have to bring my own! Price seems steep to me.

I will NEVER go back to Pleasantans. They are under new ownership and did not inform anyone. I purchased a few tans last year and had one or two left and the front desk girl was very rude about it and wouldn’t honor just giving me one tan (for some reason it did not show I had any credits). I am new in town and live down the street and will drive father just to avoid poor customer service. I am very disappointed…

Great location, I signed up for a month package for level 3 stand up bed. They offer a lot of services here and have great customer service perfect for getting ready for a special event or vacation

I’ve been coming here for a few months and the proprietors are always friendly and courteous. They always take time to chat with me. The only downside is that I don’t think I’ll look good in the bikinis (I’m a guy). The stand up bed is able to make a pasty white guy like me look like an actual human, so I’m happy.

I love this tanning salon. I have gone to all the ones in the area, and I am really picky. This salon is clean, I get the color I want and most importantly the owners are friendly. All the others tanning salons In the area the girls working there act too busy to help. I am so glad I found this one by my house. Everyone should give them a try, they are a new family business and they thrive to do their best, which is really nice :-)

There are few places left that remember you by name and make you feel like a valuable customer. The owner and staff at Pleasantans goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Spray tan or tanning bed, I love this place!

Second weekend in a row that it’s 9:15 and they are suppose to be open and no one is here. Beyond frustrating!
Not allowed at this business due to my review! That’s great customer service. That’s ok no need to spend any of my money at places like this!

I am so happy with this salon. I pay a little bit more, but it’s clean, the ladies are super friendly, and I have never ever had to wait. The manager is absolutely wonderful.

EVERYTIME I have come here in the morning there has been no one there. The store front, Internet, and voice recording say they open at 9 and some days 10, yet EVERYTIME I have come thereafter, no one is there and the shop is closed– to the point where I am sitting outside with 4 other people right now! It is absolutely ridiculous and looks like I’ll be heading across town to any other tanning studio.

So, I have to day that this place has gone way downhill! This used to be my favorite tanning bed around, the former owner always had new bulbs, clean beds and fresh towels. that was before, now I can tell she has been not been replacing bulbs, I’m assuming to save money lol, the towels are never fresh and every time I’m waiting for someone to clean the room while I wait. every time!! To too it off the new owner is completely rude. I will Definately be taking my tanning somewhere else and I advise everyone else too:)

I came all the way from sacramento for a custom 4th of July bikini and picked up a cute pink cheetah one as well ! I came just for the bikinis ! So exited !!! I’m ordering more from the website !

The girl at the front desk (with red hair) has been super friendly every time I come in. I bought the 10 tan package for the stand up bed (level 3 I believe?) which cost $ 140. I was showed all the beds on my last visit (my 3rd tan) but prefer to stick with the stand up bed. I saw that my bed had been cleaned (the floor where the previous client stood on, but I hadn’t noticed if the handles which you hold on to had been wiped down because I stopped paying attention, assuming they did). I didn’t give 5 stars because the stand up bed doesn’t even come close to comparing with the bed I used when I lived in Sacramento (spacious, with easy-​to-​use in-​bed fan and stereo controls).
Ok, I just saw that the stand up bed DOES have stereo features but I promise I’m not an idiot lol and these controls were super old-​school and confusing to use. Haha. I’ll have to play around with it on my next visit.
