The owner is not the friendliest woman to her customers or employees. The sandwiches are skimpy and pricey, and I suspect she waters down the sauces and sodas. I have a business in downtown Pleasanton and used to eat here on a somewhat regular basis. Today was my last. There are better sandwich shops in the area. I give it 2-stars only because the employees are friendly.

Last Saturday I decided to redeem my Million Subs coupon for a free small sandwich. The Main Street location was the lucky winner. I was«greeted» by a sign that said: «We will honor 3 coupons per day. First come, first served.» Well, hello to you, too! Thankfully, I was one of those three, but the whole thing gave me an uneasy feeling. This promotion is supposed to be pro-customer, not, «Hey annoying customer, you’d better not be the fourth person trying to get a free sub.» BTW, the sub pretty much sucked. Togo’s rules.

This place is disgusting and a rip off. I had asked for no seasoning on my sandwich. After the woman working put seasoning on it, I reminded her that I did not want seasoning. I was expecting that she would make a new sandwich or simply remove the meat and start over. No… what did she do? She picked up my sandwich and BLEW the seasoning off with her mouth! So disgusting! I can only imagine what else goes on there. We won’t be back!

This place always rips me off. They charge an additional fee for their combos which only amounts to something like .08 but with the number of people who buy from there, I’m sure it’s a lot of money, all added up.
