Your experience in this store really depends on who happens to be working there at the time. We have been Sherwin WIlliams users for years but only in Livermore for the last year or so. While some of the staff at this location is pretty knowledgeable we have noticed on multiple visits that the manager is basically clueless, and unwilling to go out of his way to be helpful at all. After our last visit a few days ago, when he could not answer any of our questions, and couldn’t be bothered looking some information for us up on his computer, we decided to drive on over to the local competitor instead. Not surprisingly, the service there was great and we got what we were looking for. You, Sherwin Williams Livermore, thanks to your manager, have just lost a once loyal customer.
