Johnathan and Anthony are the best!!! Being the third iPhone we’ve bought — this was by far the fastest and easiest experience we’ve ever had. The transaction for a new iPhone on the iPhone Forever plan and was done in 20 minutes. 20 minutes! And then another 10 for them to port over the data to the new phone-it’s all set up and ready to go. I don’t think it’s ever taken less than 2 hours at AT&T and then I had to do a bunch of admin work on my end. Their all inclusive deal was indeed what is advertised on the Internets-no hidden charges or fees. I hope the Sprint network lives up to their customer service-do the research from the independent testing sites and you’ll find it’s better than AT&T in the Tri-Valley. Update-was having some issues texting pictures-Jarrod fixed it in less than two minutes at the Kiosk. Love this place!

Jonathan was really helpful and polite. He took his time to figure out why my phone wasn’t switching over and made then necessary changes. He is great at his customer service skills and should definitely be recognized ! Even though this is a mall kiosk, he was more than professional in his efforts to help me. If I ever have to go to a sprint store I would for sure come here. Thank you Jonathan!!!

This kiosk is a third party authorized dealer. Their goal is to sell phones and that’s the source of their revenue and profit — these are the words from Sprint customer service. They do not have the ability to approve anything. Everything you ask them to do, they’d have to call Sprint first. As such, the time it takes to complete something is three times as long or longer as if you were in a Sprint corporate store. This is not their fault, but I wish they’d have told me before I started my signup with them. It took me 3 trips, averaging 5 hours per trip, to get my «cut-your-bill-in-half» account done. Or so I thought. When I received my first bill, it was wrong entirely. Instead of cutting my bill in half, they billed me twice as much as I was paying when I was with AT&T. When I called Sprint, they said they never received the paperwork I gave the kiosk reps. So now Sprint offered to call the kiosk and«sort everything out.» I wish I had gone to a corporate store in the first place.

This is a Sprint booth in the Stoneridge Mall. I believe they do all the services that a regular store has. Usually staffed by 2 employees which really isn’t enough since there is always a long line there with 30 to 40 min wait at minimum. Compare to other phone service companies in the same mall staffed with 5+ people. The thing that really ticked me off is when I was waiting in line, this Sprint representative just started talking on his phone about his own PERSONAL business during work hours! The guy was even cussing on his phone while I was waiting in line for 30+ minutes with no one in line in front of me. Needless to say, I left the booth. It was a complete waste of time. This happened on December 10, 2014 at around 5:30pm. There was a male and a female representative and it was the male that is bad. The female was busy assisting other customer and just kind of ignored my situation. If management is reading this, get rid of that guy. Overall I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience on that day and just TERRIBLE experience with Sprint in general. I went to 3 different stores to switch from my previous service to Sprint to become a new customer but all 3 stores couldn’t get it done. I called in a few times myself and got transferred everytime multiple of times. Got tired of the whole thing and just decided to not go with Sprint any more. Wasted 3 days of my time.
