We relocated from SoCal to Pleasanton in 2008, and Tim was the listing agent on the home we purchased. As a licensed Realtor at the time, I had a great deal of interaction with Tim during the transaction, specifically with negotiations, disclosures, repairs, etc. I respected the way that Tim dutifully represented his clients, and managed to ensure the usual back and forth negotiations didn’t derail the momentum of the transaction.
Since the close of escrow, Tim has been an invaluable resource to us as we transition into the local community. Whether it is home improvements or local/​community information, Tim has always been available and responsive.
