Valley Community Bank in Pleasanton is amazing!
Everyone here really takes time to interact with customers. Brent and Bernie have always impressed me and are willing to give great advice and guidance. I make a point to come downtown to Pleasanton when I have an issue that requires that I interact with a real person.
It’s a great place to bank and did I mention the cookies!

A few years ago we were victims of Internet fraud where money was taken from our bank account. VCB became aware of it within a few days, informed us of it, halted the withdrawals, and immediately replaced the funds. Also, they have economical options for senior citizens. Knowledgable and helpful employees.
