Email is down again. Same garbage as last week’s issue. Had to call 4 times before their system would accept the 4 so that I could get the proper department. Held for a while, was forced to leave a message. Their promised response time is within 24 hours. Not acceptable when business e mail is down. This is a lot of downtime for a viable provider to have. Looking for a new web hosting company. Have had it.

Clearly, an amazing client experience is top priority w Zoho. Zoho has such an expansive suite of products. When they say«we have an app for that,» they aren’t exaggerating! They are constantly adding to their product line. They listen to their clients and keep evolving. My company has been using their CRM for a couple of years now. We’re going to streamline our process even more by incorporating their accounting system as well. That’s just the tip of the iceberg though. Check out
What really makes me love and appreciate this company, though, is their customer service. Every employee, no matter what their level, is so willing to help and walk you through the most mundane issue. Mundane to them, monumental to someone like me who is not a programmer or a developer. Zoho’s programs are completely customizable. I’ll totally be able to whip my sales team into shape, but this goes beyond client relationship management. All the tools are there to monitor activity, increase productivity, and measure the results. I’m able big fan.
