If 0 was an option, that’s what I would rate them at. Formerly Rich Services, they replaced our heat pump with a smaller unit that was insufficient for the size of our house. When contacted, we were told that we would have to pay for the accurately sized unit AND the installation charges again in order to correct their mistake! BEWARE!

The whole team was amazing and created a work of art in our basement with our new efficient hot water system as well as our new HVAC system. They were fast, efficient, and Ken Jr. made sure I was kept informed along the way and was comfortable with everything that was being done. I highly recommend them to everyone!
