Horrible experience. This location seems like it cannot handle busyness. The food was alright. the Chili’s in Appleton is so much better. I was really disappointed of this plover location food and service

Pretty good from the last time I visited the 6oz steak is way better than Applebee’s 6oz steak…

The good was horrible and the service was unfriendly. On top of it they gave us an Ipad to use at the table and we played a game on it. They did not inform us till the end that they add a 2 dollar charge for playing the game. I would never go back.

Only ate at this Chilis once but it was great. Wait staff did a great job and asked if we wanted a refill on the endless soup(mostly never asked at other chilis) and offered the chips and salsa to go(also rarely offered) Great job chilis

We had a wonderful lunch here yesterday. Even though we arrived at the height of the lunch rush, service was fast, friendly, and accurate. I have an intolerance to cilantro that i expressed to our server, to be certain no pico di gallo would be on my plate. The manager even came out to talk to me and assure me that I would get none. When my steak and broccoli came out, everything was done to perfection, and they just used diced tomato to garnish my steak, for color. It was delicious! It had been awhile since we had been there, but seeing their updated Lighter Choice options and having all of the staff be so concerned and accommodating, we will be going back.

Awesome food and great service! I used to not like Chilis but my father in law loves it so when he was visiting my family and I in Plover we took him there. They added more items to their menu and the service was awesome. The atmosphere is really cool to.

Flatbread Margarita Pizza absolutely terrible. Service was slow. Fajitas looked good though.

Food is always excellent, as are the drinks at the full bar. However, don’t expect your drinks to be filled regularly. Appetizers usually come out with the meal, which defeats the purpose of an appetizer. We come back for the margaritas here, but have found other places in Point that make better margaritas. The service that we receive here almost monthly is horrid. I would not recommend this restaurant. We have regularly sat for 10 mins before even being approached by a server.

It’s sad to say, but this was the best restaurant that I ate at when I had the pleasure of staying in the Steven’s Point area. Yes Chili’s is a chain. There was nothing really special about this restaurant. The staff was friendly and there was a full bar. I was happy to find that they also offered a Allergen Menu and a gluten free menu was available. The food was decent and I left feeling full.

Not my best chili’s experience. Half rack of Memphis dry rub ribs didn’t fall off the bone this time, but was still good. Waitress was up and down: she did well delivering mango chile tilapia without habenero glaze, but dropped my BBQ sauce on the ground. It splattered on my shoes and pants, and was never replaced.

Came in with my family for the first time today. We had two of the crispy chicken strips kids meals, a chicken fajitas, and a crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers. Everything came hot and was descent tasting. The service was ok, nothing special. Right before we were finishing up the came through and swept right by out table, which I thought could have waited until we had left instead of kicking up dirt on our food. And the restaurant itself was very cold. We all kept out coats on the whole time we ate. We will probably come back but not for a little while.
