Clothes are fun and inexpensive but the lack of service has me shopping anywhere but there! Why are salespeople so rude and lacking any knowledge about the products they sell. The attitude is «whatever,» which is really pathetic!!!

Ladies they have really good bras for a cheap price that holds really good on those women in a size D our DD

So me and my husband have been shopping at this location for a very long time. I buy my maternity clothes here, husband, and three kids clothes here instead of making the drive to KOP. The incident we had today was Ridiculous!!’ So here it goes. Before we started to shop we stopped by diary queen so me and my husband could keep our children happy while we shopped for clothes for ourselves ok all fine. Our daughter ate most of her baby vanilla ice cream cone so my husband went up to. The register to ask if he could use the trash can to throw this away. The associate behind the register said no we can’t throw things away that are liquids go to the hall and use the trash very rude like as our kids are screaming and being impatient so instead of letting us use the trash which is so simple the refused so we left all our items and left the store I came back alone and ask the same rude, snobby, ignorant cashier to speak to a manager still not losing my cool the manager came out and said they do not change there trash everyday so they don’t want bugs now I worked retail all my teenage years and I know some of you have we all know the trash gets changed every night! Well as I am explaining to say we had our three children and just wanted to shop she cut me off and do nothing but argue with me this is the store manager doing this. So apparently this H&M does not support parents or try to help them with there shopping experience I felt belittled and like less of a person we did we did not buy our items., but I did call a customer service line and I told the girl my story she thought this was crazy and said the trash goes out every night and they were very rude and should have let us use there trash. She sent us a coupon for a discount which now we will drive to KOP I was really shocked by the store manager arguing with a customer like that I was cool and calm and she just looked and spoke to me like I was a piece if trash mother who shouldn’t shop here anyway and they can’t be bothered with us. Do not go here the KOP store is way better and nicer.

Customer service… Does that mean anything these days… Soooo I got a shirt for my little brother but found that it was a size too small. I go back the next day to exchange for a bigger size and I found that they moved the whole section. I ask for some help finding the shirt and I get the «I’m sorry, if you don’t see it on the rack we don’t have it»…I mean what the HELL is that!!! The whole time she didn’t even look at me nor what i was asking about. So I spend some time looking around and BOOOM I find the shirts… I show the chick where I found them and she just looks and says «Happy for you.»…I don’t hit women but I wanted to jab the hell out of her… When i was in retail we as employees had to go look in the back room or on the computer for items that was not on the rack.
Customer Service is a big part of the company… Better get it right!
