Parking is a huge issue. They will only allow 1 parking pass per unit. We are in the suburbs, why do we need to pay $ 50 for an additional parking pass. Oh and the garages are NOT to be used for storage, only allowed to use for parking. Clubhouse and pool, you are only allowed 1 guest. Not allowing rentals of the facilities. Also, you have to pay additional for trash removal. You leave your cans outside your door between 6−8pm for the service to come and pick up.

Plymouth Meeting, PA
We are just moving in but the staff has been great, professional, and very helpful. The apartments are beautiful and very well appointed. They did not cheap out as so many others have. The facilities and services are first rate. Brand new complex and it is nice to be the first one in the apartment. We could not be happier.
