Haven’t purchased a watch from here, but an employee assisted me with a loose watch clasp. I wasn’t sure if I would need to replace the clasp or just needed a watch expert, but she was fast with her tools, friendly, and I was on my way in 5 minutes. The service was complimentary.

Will never shoo there again had to return a watch I got for Christmas gift ND they won’t give me my money back will only give store credit that I don’t need since I don’t need a watch. I asked sakes rep when I bought watch if I could return and was told yes! Such a scam do not even deserve 1 star only gave 1 since you can’t post review without giving a star

Stay faaaaaaar away from this place. Totally ripped me off and sold me what was supposed to be a mans watch for my son (looked like a mans watch) caused a huge problem when my son looked it up. They told me I couldn’t return it and that I could only exchange it. Horrible horrible business.

DO NOT GET YOUR WATCH BAD RESIZED HERE!
This is only a review for band resizing, not other repair work or purchase.
It costs $ 25 to get a watch band resized here. You can go pretty much anywhere else and get it done for $ 10 or under. I made the mistake of not paying attention to what the store attendant was telling me when I dropped my watch off, assuming it’s probably $ 10 as other places charge. So I paid the price, but you don’t have to!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIN AT ALL COST!!!
I bought a defective $ 350.00 Seiko Watch from Time after Time. I wore it only THREE times. A small part somehow fell off (how does this happen to a new Seiko?) and the watch subsequently got moisture in the «waterproof» housing. Time after Time would not replace it… nor would Seiko honor the 3 year Guarantee.
I own 12 watches including a Rolex. Time after Time is by far the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Buyers beware of what you are getting in both the products and service. This was an awful experience and the store Manager could care less for «making good» on an obvious inferior product or customer satisfaction. Totally shady operation!!! Do yourself a favor and buy your next timepiece from a reputable retailer.

This review is for the Time After Time location in the Plaza at King of Prussia Mall.
I went in today after being turned away by the rude people upstairs at Fast Fix (which I would recommend avoiding at all costs). Boy was I glad that I found this place. Brian (the store manager) was super friendly and helpful; not only did he manage to find the watch replacement part that I needed, which he sold me at a fairly reasonable price, but he also offered to help me fix my watch band for free and did a great job. Thanks, Brian! I think I found my new go-to place for basic watch repair in the KOP area.
