Stay FAR away from this company. I hired them as my videographers and ended up getting the worst quality video. I honestly think they just hire people off the streets to work for them. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Disappointing wedding photos + the threat of a lawsuit by the business owner = the single worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.
_​_​As you can probably tell from my other reviews, I can find the humor in pretty much any situation. . but not this one. It was especially sad because it involved our wedding photos. You cannot get that day back.
We were very excited to book them back in August 2011 based on the amazing pictures they had on their website. We booked two photographers for seven hours ($ 2300). One photographer would be with me and my bridesmaids and the other would be with hubby and his groomsmen until the ceremony. Then they would both take pictures of everything that was going on for the rest of the night.
On our wedding day two female photographers (not Sunshine) arrived at the venue, dressed very casually. They were supposed to be there at 3:30. The time came and went with no word from the photographer who was supposed to be with us. My maid of honor had to go searching thru the hotel until she found her.
We waited almost two months to see any of the photos they took. The wedding was 10.20.12 and they posted them 12.12.12. after all that waiting. .
Words cannot describe how disappointed we are with the photos. We received 560 of them (including duplicates) and a few of them are very nice. The majority of them are not good, in our opinion. Certainly not what we expected after paying $ 2300. They are very orange, some are blurry, some are extremely light, others are extremely dark. In some photos people are standing in front of each other so you can’t see the person in the back. These are the «posed» photos — not random reception photos.
When my husband contacted John about how disappointed we were, he basically said that because their style is «photojournalistic», anything is acceptable.

I wondered why we received only 560 photos. What were the photographers doing? That mystery was solved when I looked at the pictures from Rock the Booth. They were posing in the photo booth.
The pictures were so disappointing that we didn’t even bother ordering the album that came with our package. We asked them for a partial refund but they declined, stating that they had «fulfilled their contract».
We definitely do not recommend this company. I wish we could go back in time and choose a different photographer.

One word: horrible! I hired them to do my wedding videography and photography. First a different photographer showed up than had
Been agreed upon. The 2 people that showed up looked very unprofessional and sloppy. Next they did not get in the video my dad and I walking down the aisle which is a huge part of the day. They also said they would do interviews of guests and that was never done either.
We had to suggest shots for them to do they did nothing for an hour around the time of dinner because they were too busy eating then left earlier than they should have.
Lastly my album was a complete joke. They did no retouching or brightening of photos and the album was a piece of crap. Luckily I have a friend that Is now
In photography and retouched and redid our album. I would never hire this company and would strongly advise against anyone considering them!!!

I can’t believe I had to create an entry for 11 – 4 Productions. They are so awesome, I thought for sure there would be other Unilocal bride and grooms singing their praises. Maybe they are too busy on their honeymoons ;)
Planning a wedding is nerve-​wrecking. I wanted everything to be perfect, of course, and choosing a photographer was probably the last decision we made. After trying out 4 different ‘wedding ’ photogs (with test sessions), we found 11 – 4 and loved them. We had a small wedding of 100 guests. We purchased the photo and video package and are so glad we didn’t cut corners by nixing getting the video option. So many memorable moments that you think you would remember on such a day, but as the bride, I was so all over the place, I didn’t see half of the stuff that the videos captured. The kids dancing all night, the video messages from family, the toasts I couldn’t hear, the funny moments and surprises. You can’t get that back. 11 – 4 productions are high quality and very affordable. We can’t express how pleased we are with 11 – 4 Productions.
