Barbara was extremely helpful in guiding our family through the nursing home process for my grandfather. It was such a complicated process, and it really helped to have someone with her knowledge and experience provide factual and unbiased information.

Save your money. Upon our initial meeting I explained what I was going to do for my mother and did she feel she could help further. Barbara said she could. She wrote one letter in which she spelled my mom’s name wrong 3 times and contacted hospice, then charged me $ 750 for that service. The other suggestions she had were what I told her I planned to do. The only honest person in this was me who paid her.
